Description

Barcelona is famous for sunny skies, wonderful beaches and beautiful architecture and this apartment provides it all.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea and take a quick 5 minute walk down to the one of the best sandy beaches in Barcelona - Playa de Bogatell.

The bedrooms are supplied with high quality mattresses and pillows for a relaxing sleep. Both elevator and stairs are available to access the apartment.

One bedroom is set up as a double one and another as a twin - however we can set the second one as double too upon request (we use mattress connectors to ensure that there are no gaps between the beds). Kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer available for the guests' use. There is also a year-round outdoor swimming pool (private to the residents and guests of the building) and a private parking spot (EUR15.00 daily rate).

Pool opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 10 pm, and weekends from 9 am to 10 pm.

The apartment is rented exclusively for the guest's use.

TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of 6.05€ per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights.

LATE CHECK-IN:

For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€

For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€

EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 15.00) Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. If you request an early check-in, the exact early check-in time will be communicated to you on your arrival day. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 15.00).

LATE CHECK-OUT (after 11am): Subject to availability. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us and we will let you know if it's possible.

PETS: Your pet is welcome, we will collect a 150€ security deposit at the time of check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages in the apartment and a 50€ for extra cleaning.

Please note that certified technicians may exceptionally enter the terrace of the apartment as it's the only access to the roof of the building.

Generel apartment used. Water went over when shower , air conditioning not function correct, On terrace noice from air conditioning, and from street not possible to relax .

How do damage deposits work?
