The apartment ESCAPADE NATURE can accommodate 4 people, has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains and is close to all amenities. Closed and secure garage available during your stay (standard box of 4.90m long by 2.50m wide). I can speak English. International customers welcome! About accommodation Stay in the heart of a cozy apartment and settle down quietly. Sleep peacefully in this 65m2 apartment on the 6th floor with elevator, consisting of a living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. This property has a bathroom with bathtub. The toilets are independent. A balcony with unobstructed view of the mountains completes this property. A closed garage in a closed underground parking will allow you to park easily and safely during your stay. Whether you are on holiday or on a business trip, the ESCAPADE NATURE apartment will match you with its location in the city center. It will allow you to easily reach any corner of the city. You can devote yourself to the discovery of the city of Annecy, practice sports activities (roller blading, cycling, paragliding, sailing, diving, canyoning ...) or simply opt for a relaxing stay. In addition, the apartment ESCAPADE NATURE is located only 3h30 from Paris thanks to the TGV (the train station is 500 meters from the apartment). Free Wi-Fi is provided. If you have to work, a computer and a printer are also available. You will have at your disposal all the information on the district, the tourist outings, the hikes around Annecy, the location of the tourist office, the schedules of bus or a plan of the city by asking me directly or through different documents. Other remarks Sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels are provided. Just come with your bags, you do not need anything and you will have many things! You can eat whenever you want and according to your desires. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a work plan, is equipped with a stove with oven and four vitroceramic hotplates including two halogens, a hood, a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer, a marble table and Two chairs, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils ... You can rest in a comfortable sofa, under the caring eyes of nice lemurs, listening to the radio or watching TV on the flat screen high definition. This large main room, perfect for family meals, games with children, or simply to relax, also includes a dining table with quilted chairs. One of the bedrooms has a desk with a printer left at your disposal. An umbrella bed for your baby can be made available (on request). The bathroom with bath is separated from the toilet. It also includes a washing machine. The ESCAPADE NATURE accommodation, in an enchanting setting, is for 4 people maximum. Our friends the animals are welcome. The accommodation is non smoking. Tourist tax collected on arrival: € 0.80 / person / night (exempt minors) for 2018. In 2019, the tax will be 5% of the cost per person per night up to € 2.30. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the building (with elevator), overlooking the Tournette, Mont Veyrier, Semnoz. Some will also appreciate the view of Annecy Castle and the Basilica of the Visitation. French, Indian, Moroccan and Italian restaurants within walking distance.
