Villa Merle
Een van de mooiste ruime vakantievilla voor acht personen in de Ardeche, op het vakantiepark Les Rives de l'Ardeche, vlakbij het pittoreske dorpje Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. Op het vakantiepark kunt u kosteloos gebruik maken van de faciliteiten zoals het grote gemeenschappelijke zwembad, speeltuin voor de kleine kinderen en de tennis- volleybalbanen.
Accommodatie: 8 personen, 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers
Begane grond: ruime woonkamer met zithoek en Nederlandstalige televisie, open haard. Eethoek met zes stoelen (2 extra in slaapkamers) en open keuken met keramische kookplaat, koelkast, senseo koffieapparaat, oven, vaatwasser en magnetron. Er is ook een wasmachine droger combinatie aanwezig voor uw gebruik. Master bedroom met airco, extra lange bedden(210 cm) en toegang naar terras, badkamer met ligbad (douche in bad), wastafel en toilet. Tweede slaapkamer voor twee personen. Slaap en badgelegenheid heeft van binnenuit een aparte toegang.
Eerste verdieping: twee slaapkamers voor twee personen, voorzien van airconditioning. Badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel. Overdekt terras met zitgedeelte. Alle slaapkamers hebben een bekabelde internetaansluiting voor een snelle verbinding, tevens is er wifi in de villa aanwezig en beschikbaar.
Buiten: Door architect ontworpen diepe tuin op het noorden, met op ieder moment van de dag zon, maar belangrijker, ook schaduw in de hete zomers! Privé zwembad (9 x 4,5 m, diepte van 0,60 - 2 m), omgeven door terras met 6 luxe zonnebedden. Het privé zwembad is geopend van april tot en met oktober. Verhoogd deel met tuinset in de schaduw van moerbeibomen. Overdekt terras met luxe tuinmeubilair zodat u in de schaduw kunt genieten van het eten. In de koelere maanden kunt u gebruik maken van de zwembadverwarming (extra kosten). Jeu de boule baan.
