Comfortabele, gezellige villa met privé zwembad voor zes personen, gelegen op het prachtige park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche.

Deze villa's staan op een villapark met ongeveer 100 villa’s, in hartje Ardèche vlak bij het plaatsje Vallon Pont d’Arc. De gasten

mogen kosteloos gebruik maken van de faciliteiten van het park waaronder twee tennisbanen en een gemeenschappelijk zwembad.

Op ca. 1 km is een kleine supermarkt. Iets verderop is een grotere supermarkt, een bakker en een groenteboer en in Ruoms en Vallon-Pont-d'Arc vind je diverse winkels, bars, restaurants en terrasjes.

Accommodatie: 6 personen, 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers

Villa met veel ruimte, comfortabel ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gezellige woonkamer met grote banken, eetkamer met tafel en 6 stoelen, dubbele schuifpui geeft toegang tot het terras. Grote open keuken voorzien van vaatwasser en oven. Drie

slaapkamers voor twee personen ( bedden kunnen uit elkaar geschoven worden) met airconditioning en twee badkamers, waarvan een voorzien van bad en douche en de andere van een douche. De bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst. Er is 1 extra slaapkamer voorzien op de eerste verdieping met een 1 persoonsbed.

Buiten:

aan de voorzijde heeft u parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. U kunt rond het huis lopen naar de achtertuin. Het privé zwembad is te verwarmen zodat u in de koelere maanden gebruik kunt maken van de zwembadverwarming en u in het voor- en najaar optimaal van het zwembad kunt genieten. Het privé zwembad is geopend van april tot en met oktober. Bij het zwembad staan zes luxe zonnebedden en een parasol. Er zit een ruim overdekt terras aan het huis vast waar u heerlijk in de schaduw kunt vertoeven. Om het helemaal af te maken staat er een gasbarbecue tot uw beschikking.
