Meravigliosa dimora con 7 camere, 7 bagni, arredata con gusto sobrio ed elegante secondo le usanze del luogo. Il panorama che si gode dalla casa è dominato dalla presenza del vulcano e dalle due baie.
La villa è una lussuosa dimora, ubicata nell'isola di Vulcano in zona di Vulcanello in un contesto di ville prestigiose. Gode di una splendida vista sulle due baie dell'isola e del Vulcano ed è immersa nella vegetazione del luogo e dispone di una grande piscina. La villa per la sua grandezza è adatta ad ospitare tre o quattro famiglie od un gruppo di amici. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 15 persone nel corpo principale e altre 8 persone in tre dependance separate dalla Villa, La villa dispone di 7 camere da letto, 5 dispongono di bagno in camera e 2 condividono un bagno. una ampia sala con sala da pranzo e cucina in muratura completano la proprietà. Tutte le camere affacciano su un ampio patio attrezzato con tavoli sedie e poltrone per rilassarsi godendosi il panorama del vulcano.
La villa è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti che la riservano e che potranno godere della piscina di metri 15 x 8 , con zona bambini e comoda gradinata di ingresso in acqua. A servizio della piscina ci sono due docce, tavolini e sdraio prendisole per un completo relax.
Nel parco si trova un’ area con forno a legna eoliano in muratura, un barbecue in pietra.
In un area riservata alloggia il custode che cura la piscina, provvede alla pulizia esterna degli ambienti comuni (patio, terrazze, zone circostanti la piscina), oltre a manutenere gli impianti acqua, luce, giardino e l’orto ed assiste gli ospiti per qualsiasi necessità.
Si consiglia il noleggio di un auto (o di una barca!) per poter fare le escursioni dell'isola, che è grande e ci sono tante spiagge e panorami da vedere.
Da non perdere i trattamenti termali con i fumi ed i fanghi del vulcano.
La villa per la sua configurazione e' adatta a famiglie con bambini. Tuttavia vista la presenza di piscina e di alcuni gradini interni, si consiglia di tenere sempre sotto controllo i bambini che non sanno nuotare.
Dalla Villa, nel silenzio dei grandi spazi, lontano dai rumori della vita turistica dell'isola, si gode, con la massima privacy, e in completo relax di una meravigliosa vista.
La presenza magnetica del vulcano che domina e caratterizza l'isola fa da sfondo alla proprietà.
La famosa spiaggia delle Sabbie Nere dista 500 mt ed il centro abitato di Vulcano / porto 1100 mt .
