Description
Probably the largest villa in central Rodney Bay, and definitely the closest to all amenities. There are over 30 restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The beautiful Reduit Beach (voted in the to 10 in the world) is 6 - 10 minutes walk away - could take longer if you get distracted by the many shops and bars. The villa is a detached building in a residential part of Rodney Bay, giving whilst being very private. The owner does not live on site, but is a short drive away if required. Virtually all amenities you'll require whilst on holiday is within a short walk, making the expense of a hired car and taxis not essential. Even the best medical facilities (GP, dentist, optician, pharmacy) are a short walk away.
Housekeeping is available Mon - Fri at no extra cost. Housekeeping is also available at weekends, upon request. We offer a very caring service and the property is cleaned to a high standard.
Our local supermarkets open 7am - 10:30pm Mon - Sat and closes at 6pm on Sun. To save you rushing to the shops on arrival we offer a Welcome Pack service, which we can personalize to suit your requirements.
We can arrange airport transfer for you, using modern air-conditioned taxi vehicles to suit your group size. Our driver, Tony, will check with the airport in case of delays and will always be there for your arrival. For easy identification, on your exit from Customs, Tony will be carrying a large white signboard displaying the company name "CLEOPATRA VILLAS"
You will be met by a member of staff or the owner/manager on arrival and be provided with useful information on tours, shopping and local facilities. All our properties have excellent free Wi-Fi high speed Internet access.
There is a several free Netflix accounts on all TVs in the villa for watching any movie of your choice.
The property has 2 desktop mobile telephones allowing FREE calls between apartments and to the property manager. You can also receive calls from any part of the world free of charge on the apartment handset. You would need to put credit on the phone to make outgoing calls to external numbers.
Please note that the manager for this property lives and works within 1 minute drive of the property so any problem encountered is swiftly dealt with, irrespective of time of day or night.
We have recently added an additional 1-bedroom cottage increasing the bed count to 25 people. Groups larger than 25 in number can have the additional members accommodated by placing folding beds or floor mattresses.
We are located withins 2 minutes walk of Bay Gardens Hotel and the Rodney Bay Aquatic Centre.
