Welcome to Peace of Paradise!

This beautiful coastal home is located in the upscale community of Frangista Beach, centered in the heart of Miramar Beach. With Gulf Front balconies, a private in-ground splash pool, this home truly lives up to its namesake. With private beach access, guests will be able to enjoy the sugar white sands of the emerald coast and be away from the crowd. This community off Scenic Hwy 98 is in the middle of tropical excitement with beach shops and shoreline restaurants are within walking distance. Peace of Paradise has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 20 guests.

The First floor of the home hosts the first two of the five bedrooms. The bunk room sleeps 6 on the 3 sets of custom-built double/double bunk beds . This room is perfect for teens and young adults with a flat screen tv, small work desk and dresser! Heading towards the King Suite you will find a mini wet bar complete with a drink fridge and sink. The Gulf Facing King Suite offers tranquil décor, large and spacious floor plan, flat screen tv and entrance to the in ground splash pool. The Sliding glass doors give way to the pool deck area, grilling station and stunning Gulf Views. The pool can also be accessed from the side of the home. * The bathroom located in the king suite is the only bathroom for this level and is shared with the bunk room.*

Proceeding to the second floor, guests are welcomed to Gulf facing open floor plan living area, kitchen and Queen bedroom. Boasting Unobstructed Gulf Views from the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, the living area has a sectional and additional seating around a flat screen tv. This room is the perfect space to host a relaxing evening after a fun day at the beach! The updated kitchen has cherry cabinets with ample storage, beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area has seating for 6 with 2 additional seats located at the eat in kitchen bar. Down the hall you will find the Tropical Queen Bedroom with a flat screen tv and large window with Juliet balcony over looking Frangista Beach. There is a full shared hall bathroom and laundry area completing this level.

Located on the third and final level are two suites. The Queen Suite has its own private attached bathroom and overlooks the Frangista Beach Community. The homes spacious Master King Suite features a king bed, flat-screen tv and walk-in closet. Enjoy sunsets from the private, furnished balcony. The stand alone jetted tub and walk in shower gives you a tranquil spa like feeling! Having the beach at your doorstep, you can truly enjoy your vacation in this ‘Peace of Paradise’.

* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children and families.

* Please Note that per the Frangista Beach HOA, Pets are NOT allowed on the beach; Tents & Canopies are NOT allowed on the Beach; and RV, Trailer & camper Parking is NOT Allowed in the Community.

* Guests use Miami Street access and have Access to the Community Pool.

Weddings/Events - Not Permitted on Private Beach Access.

Additional Amenities:

Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.

Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:

Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Seasonal Beach Chair Service — Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer 2022 months. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm.

Getting around

You can go by car, Golf Cart which we do rentals, or bicycles. These all are great means of transportation for the area. Bike rentals can be rented through a local company called Coastal Cruisers.

You can either email us at our office email or give us a call! We are open 7 days a week with someone in office daily from 9am to 5pm central time. Dates that the office is closed for holidays : New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. We do have an emergency number and 2 members of staff on call during our holidays.
