Great country house with private pool and spacious green areas and terraces. It is located in Montuïri, in the inside of Mallorca, and it welcomes 12 guests.

You are going to enjoy as never before the wonderful Mediterranean weather of the island in the exterior areas of this beautiful finca. The pool is the main character. It is a chlorine pool sizing 7x4 metres and with a depth from 1.2 to 1.5 metres. It will delight not only the little ones, during the amazing summer days. Around the pool, you will find the sunbeds for those who want to come back home tanned and some trees under which you can read a book after the refreshing dip. Reaching the house, there is a great terrace equipped with a built-in barbecue to cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables for the whole family, and an imposing table to easily accommodate the 12 guests of this house. The greenery can be found everywhere and quietness is granted in this fenced property and without neighbours around.

The great accommodation has 3 storeys and 400 m2. It has a simple but comfortable style, with all comforts to make you fell at home. A great room is shared by the living room the dining room and the kitchen. The living area presents to comfortable sofas where you can watch satellite TV or take a little nap. It also has a wood stove for the coldest days. There is another great dining table for 12 people by the stove and, next to it, the kitchen. This is fully equipped so the family amateur chef will enjoy cooking. It is equipped with a gas stove and oven, another wood oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine,... and a little table for the assistants! There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The first of the bedrooms is still on the ground floor. It has 2 bedrooms, a closet and a fan. A shower bathroom completes the floor. The rest of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor, all of them with a double bed, a fan, a closet and an en-suite bathroom. There are also a play room with consoles and another shower bathroom on this floor. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request. In addition, the house is equipped q¡with central heating for the winter season.

This beautiful house is located within a rural environment for those who want to rest from the daily routines. The village is about 2 km away from the house and there you will find all basic services for an independent stay: supermarkets and little shops, restaurants where we can get to know the locals and their traditions. The location of the house is ideal if you want to know different points in the island since the distances are equidistant. You can come to know the beaches in the North like Port d'Alcudia or Playas de Muro, visit the Tramuntana mountain range, or come to know the glamorous life in Ciutat (Palma) or enjoy the turquoise waters in the South and East. In any case, fun is granted!!
