Wonderful and rustic villa, located in the protected area of Colonia de Sant Pere, with incomparable views over the mountains, private pool and direct access to the beach. It can accommodate 12 guests.
The exterior areas are amazing. Tal¡king a dip in the salted pool while admiring the mountain panoramic views will be a complete pleasure. The pool sizes 11x5 metres and it has a depth from 1.10 to 1.80 metres. It invites you to sunbathe on one of the 12 sunbeds around or to taste a Mediterranean breakfast or maybe a delicious barbecue at the wooden table and benches. You can choose among different porches and terraces to take a drink outdoors in the evening. But, the most spectacular of all is that you have direct access to the virgin beach of Sa Canova!
This fantastic finca presents two luxurious buildings: a great main two storey house with spacious rooms including a kitchen, a living-dining room, a second living room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a toilet, and an independent laundry. The second annexes little house comes with a living room,and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom.
The main house has a special architectural style. When you enter, a great main hall allows the access to the rest of the spaces. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and exit to a great porch. The dreamy kitchen also has a dining table. Its warm colours, its stainless steel household appliances, the gas top, the great counter tops and cabinets and its perfect equipment will make that everyone wish to spend time cooking delicious dishes. The laundry comes with a dryer, a washer, an iron and an ironing board. The 4 bedrooms come with a closet, air conditioning, room enough for up to 2 cots and an en-suite shower bathroom. Just one of them has a double bed and it is on the ground floor, just by the toilet which services the whole accommodation. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms has a double beds, and te other two present two twin beds each. In addition, there is another living room to lay to watch tv or take a little nap.
In the annexed house, you will find a comfortable living area to meet the whole family, and two bedrooms counting with a closet, a fan and an en-suite shower bathroom. Both houses are equipped with central heating so they are also perfect for the winter season.
This spot in Colonia de Sant Pere is located with a protected area, between fields, pine woods, coves and beaches, the reason why it is perfect for long walks and enjoy peace. Nevertheless, in the centre of Colonia de Sant Pere you will find all needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets,... so that you don't miss anything during your vacation.
