Spacious and fine apartment (2nd floor), in "Parque Pinares" condominium (www.parquepinares.cl), located on the shore of Lake Villarrica, with private access to the Lake and surrounded by native trees and very close to Pucon (less than 1 Km). With large living room and terrace overlooking the lake, boats and mountains. Suite bedroom with lake view, walk-in closet, security box and large bathroom.

Because of the close proximity of Pucon it can go to a wide variety of restaurants, casino and nightclubs, Walking or in Uber.

I hope you enjoy the view of this wonderful apartment, as well as its surroundings. Pucon is surrounded by parks, hot springs, lakes, rivers, sports activities, typical places. Because of the close proximity of Pucon you can go to a wide variety of restaurants, casino and nightclubs Walking or in Uber. When you arrive at the house you will be given the keys by the person who receives it, which you must return when you leave the house. The apartment have Two 4G Wifi that allow Interenet for any Device and for SmartTV. SmartTV of Suite Bedroom is conected to HUAWEI-800A and the TV Room is connected to HUAWEI-900C
