Envie d'une escapade en Alsace, le Gîte du Fallgraben sera votre nid douillet au cœur d'un village de Potiers Alsaciens renommés pour leurs Poteries Culinaires et Décoratives, proche de la Nature, de la Forêt, de Rivières, d' Étangs, du Rhin, de l'Allemagne, à 30 km de Strasbourg...
Villa entièrement rénovée avec goût d'une surface de 150 m2 avec 4 chambres spacieuses avec dressing et bureau avec fauteuil : Les lits sont faits à votre arrivée : les draps et les serviettes, les peignoirs sont fournis et wifi Gratuit.
La cuisine est super équipée ( appareil à raclette, à fondue, cafetière à filtre et Senseo, four et micro ondes, lave vaisselle, frigo, hotte, plaque de cuisson...)et le matériel de puériculture (2 chaises Hautes + 2 lits bébé).
Vous disposez d'une véranda ou un coin Lounge à l'extérieur avec une terrasse pavée pour déguster un verre ou un Barbecue en famille ou entre amis ou collègues dans un jardin de 7 ares arboré et clôturé pour la sécurité des enfants, équipé d'une piscine, une table de ping pong, un boulodrome, parc à vélos, aire de jeux extérieurs et des places de parking privées, proche de tous commerces et services médicaux à 300 mètres.
C'est un lieu idéal pour les amateurs de randonnée pédestre et cycliste en forêt, mais aussi activités aquatiques en plein air (piscine extérieure ou lac avec plage) ou Europa Bad ou Caracalla ...
