Villa Des Montagnes is een geheel vrijstaande 8-persoons villa met privé zwembad gelegen op het vakantiepark Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche nabij het gezellige dorp Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.
Het park Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche beschikt over een groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad, jeu-de-boules banen, tennisbanen, tafeltennistafels, kinderspeeltoestellen en een multi-sportterrein waar men kan voetballen, basketballen of volleyballen. Het park ligt aan de rivier de Ardèche op 5 min. afstand van het centrum van Vallon-Pont-d'Arc met zijn authentieke straatjes en gezellige terrasjes.
Accommodatie: 8 personen, 4 slaapkamers (airco), 2 badkamers
Beneden: De woonkamer is voorzien van een gezellige open haard en er is verwarming mogelijk via elektrische kachels. De woonkamer heeft een 3-zitsbank, 2-zitsbank en 2 fauteuils, een salontafel, dressoir, tv-meubel met grote smarttelevisie met o.a. Nederlandse en Belgische zenders en is sfeervol ingericht. U heeft in de woning gratis toegang tot het Wifi netwerk.
In de hal bevindt zich een apart toilet en een deur naar het slaapgedeelte van de benedenverdieping. Achter deze deur bevindt zich een tweede hal met toegang tot twee slaapkamers en de badkamer. De twee slaapkamers beneden hebben openstaande tuindeuren, een kledingkast met hang- en leggedeelte, een stoel, nachtkastjes met bedlampjes, een spiegel, 1-persoonsdekbedden en kussens.
De Master-bedroom is voorzien van een nieuw en lang Pullman boxspring (2 matrassen van 90x220cm) en een grote ventilator aan het plafond. De andere slaapkamer op de begane grond heeft twee 1-persoonsbedden van 80x200cm. De badkamer is voorzien van een ligbad met douche en glazen badwant, een wastafel, een badkamerrek voor al uw toiletspullen en een tweede toilet.
Bovenverdieping: Een trap in de hal brengt u naar de bovenverdieping met toegang naar een ruim inpandig terras. Vanuit de hal boven heeft u toegang tot de twee slaapkamers en de badkamer. Beide slaapkamers hebben twee 1-persoonsbedden van 80x200cm, een kledingkast met hang- en leggedeelte, een stoel, nachtkastjes met bedlampjes, een spiegel, 1-persoonsdekbedden en kussens. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van elektrische kachels. De tweede badkamer is voorzien van een aparte douche, wastafel, een badkamerrek voor uw toiletartikelen en een derde toilet.
Tuin en zwembad: In de tuin staat een royale eettafel met stoelen en genoeg ligbedden om het zwembad. De tuin is ruim genoeg waardoor u de hele dag kunt genieten van de zon. Ook zijn er voldoende schaduwplekken onder het overkapte terras en onder de parasol. Het privézwembad is 9 x 4m. en in het diepste gedeelte ca. 2.20m diep. Het bad is het gehele verhuurseizoen verwarmd tot ca. 25 graden. Het bad wordt veilig afgesloten met een elektrisch roldek die u kunt bedienen met een sleutel. Hierdoor blijft het water lekker warm en schoon. Uiteraard wordt het zwembad wekelijks op vrijdag door professionals onderhouden en de bodem gereinigd. Het privé zwembad is geopend van april tot en met oktober.
In deze villa is een rustige hond toegestaan. Aanmelding bij boeking vereist!!
