-Grand, contemporary home in the prestigious estates area of Lewis estates golf course.

- Steps to amenities, grocery stores, banks, Tim Horton's and other restaurants, and transit center.

-Costco by the entry of the community,

- Central A/C, WIFI, BBQ, Big deck, and huge backyard with kids play facilities, which is 4 times bigger than a normal home's back yard, which make the place even more enjoyable in the summer.

- Fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, Crock pot, casserole, oven roaster, salad bowl, waffle maker, lots of dishes and bowls, wine glasses, etc.

-One bedroom on the main floor which is great for people who do not like to climb stairs,

- Master bedroom has a king size bed and a on-suite bathroom with sockertub.

-One bedroom with queen size bed on mainfloor which make it very easy for people don't like to climb stairs. 3 other bedrooms on the second floor with a queen size bed each bedrooms.

- There are two extra mattresses avai. to use if need. (no basement included with this listing, basement suite avai. upon request, extra charge will apply.

During the winter, the golf course will have cross country skiing trails made by people which you can skiing on for free. Welcome to this beautiful home.
