Description
Villa op het gezellige vakantiepark Domaine Les Rives des l'Ardèche voor acht personen met een privezwembad. Op het vakantiepark zijn circa 100 vakantievilla's, de gasten mogen kosteloos gebruik maken van de tennisbanen en het gemeenschappelijke zwembad.
Accommodatie: 8 personen, 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers
Ruime woonkamer met zithoek en open haard, televisie met ESPN en Nederlandstalige kanalen en 2GB internetverbinding via glasvezel. Eetkamer met eethoek en dubbele schuifpui die toegang geeft tot het overdekte terras. Open keuken met vaatwasser, 2 koelkasten met apart vriesvak, oven en magnetron. Wasmachine en droger beschikbaar.
De villa heeft vier slaapkamers, allen geschikt voor twee personen. In iedere slaapkamer is een ventilator aanwezig. Er zijn twee badkamers. De eerste is op de begane grond, met een douchecabine en wastafel en de tweede badkamer is op de eerste verdieping, met bad, waarin gedoucht kan worden, wastafel en toilet. Omdat de badkamer beneden van een douchecabine is voorzien, zonder hoge instap, is de villa ook geschikt voor minder valide mensen.
De villa is voorzien van wifi internet. De bedden zijn voor u opgemaakt bij aankomst.
Buiten: tuin met overdekt terras voorzien van tuinmeubilair, verwarmbaar privezwembad (9 x 4 m, diepte 1,40 m) met Romeinse trap. Het privé zwembad is geopend van april tot en met oktober. Rondom het zwembad zijn 8 ligbedden beschikbaar, een grote parasol en uitrolbare zonwering . Ruime parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Vanaf mei 2023 is er een extra overkapping met daaronder een poolbiljart en een wedstrijdformaat tafeltennisblad die op het poolbiljart gelegd kan worden, een dartbord en een fijne loungeset.
In de volledig omheinde tuin vindt u bovendien een grote jeu-de-boules baan. De baan kan ook als klein sportveld gebruikt worden, er is een sportnet aanwezig om bijvoorbeeld te badmintonnen! Badminton rackets, jeu de boules ballen,
tafeltennisbatjes en ballen zijn allemaal aanwezig. Vanuit de tuin en vanaf het balkon heeft u een prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving.
In de tuin is een poort naar de naastgelegen villa, Villa Avalon. Als u met een groot gezelschap reist, is het leuk om twee naast elkaar gelegen villa's te huren!
