De culturele rijkdom van de Ardeche
Hoewel de omgeving van Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche voornamelijk wordt gedomineerd door het ruige natuurschoon en wuivende wijnvelden, kent het gebied veel pittoreske dorpen. Het levendige Ruoms, even ten noorden van Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche begon ooit als een klooster. Daaromheen groeide langzaam een dorpje dat nu een geliefde vakantieplek is.
Tijdens uw verblijf aan Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche mag ook een bezoek aan de stad Alès eigenlijk niet ontbreken. Blijft u liever dicht bij het vakantiepark? Ga dan zeker een middagje naar het gezellige Vallon Pont d’Arc, een historisch stadje en centrum voor cultureel toerisme.
De prachtige omgeving van Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche
Het is niet verwonderlijk dat zoveel natuurliefhebbers voor een vakantie in Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche kiezen. De grote variatie in hoogte en klimaat staat garant voor een rijke verscheidenheid aan bomen, planten en bloemen. Het is een uitstekend gebied om allerlei soorten roofvogels te spotten en tegen het vallen van de avond verschijnen aan de bosranden herten, reeën en wilde zwijnen. In de vele grotten houden ontelbare vleermuizen hun winterslaap.
Gorges de l'Ardeche
Ruwe natuurvormen manifesteren zich in het beroemde Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche en in het nabij gelegen Bois de Païolive. De rotsblokken in dit bos lijken soms door een reuzenhand uitgestrooid. Door erosie hebben zij allerlei bizarre vormen gekregen. Ook de vele grotten in de Ardeche zijn tijdens uw vakantie het bezoeken waard!

Deze ruime en smaakvol ingerichte villa met 4 slaapkamers (voorzien van airco) en 2 badkamers is gelegen op een prachtige locatie binnen het luxe villapark en de villa en de tuin bieden veel privacy. Eind 2022 werd de villa voorzien van zonnepanelen. De woonkamer met aparte zit- en eethoek en een ruime open keuken bieden genoeg mogelijkheden en ruimte om te genieten met familie en vrienden. De keuken is voorzien van alle moderne gemakken, waaronder een vaatwasser, koelkast (2), koffiezetter en Senseo en een combimagnetron met ovenfunctie.
Er zijn 2 tweepersoonsslaapkamers op de begane grond. De villa beschikt over twee badkamers, 1 op de begane grond (deze is voorzien van een douche, geschikt voor minder valide mensen) en 1 op de eerste verdieping (Deze is voorzien van een bad) . De eerste badkamer is voorzien van wastafel, bad en toilet De tweede badkamer beschikt over een wastafel, toilet en douche. Ook zijn er nog 2 tweepersoonsslaapkamers op deze verdieping. De bedden kunnen ook worden opgemaakt als eenpersoonsbedden.
Vanuit de villa loopt u via de openslaande deuren zo uw tuin in waar u kunt genieten van het buitenleven onder het royale overdekte terras met terrasmeubilair. Het prive zwembad in de tuin heeft een groot terras.
Het privé zwembad is geopend van april tot en met oktober.
De villa beschikt eveneens over een wasmachine, strijkfaciliteiten en Wifi internet. Bij de villa zelf is ruimte voor 2 - 3 auto's om te parkeren. Ook is er een laadpaal aanwezig voor uw elektrische auto, de kosten hiervoor bedragen € 0,50 per kWh.
Deze villa heeft een afsluitbare doorgang naar Villa 60 en is dus eventueel samen te huur voor grotere groepen of families die samen gezellig op vakantie willen.
