Pollensa Fabulous Villa located in the exclusive urbanization of La Font at only 10 minutes walk to the center of charming town of Pollensa with its beautiful shops and high quality restaurants.
surrounded by a landscape of natural beauty, This fabulous house is fully equipped with all the comfort to spend a wonderful holiday in Mallorca.
It is distributed in 2 plants
This wonderful villa has central heatings and is perfect to rent during our SUNY Autum & Winter months.
It is located una very quiet area for relaxing and city escapes ;)
The ground floor has a large covered porch of approx. 40m2 overlooking the pool and gardens and olive trees, from the porch we access the property to a living room, with chimney and a large and well equipped kitchen with a large pantry, dishwasher, washing machine microwave etc, a fully fitted kitchen
On this floor we also have 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and a large bathroom with bath.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From this floor there is access to a large terrace with clear views of Calvario and the Pollensa mountains.
It has a maximum capacity for 8 adults plus a child / baby.
Prices include cot and highchair, bed linen and towels for each guest.
Next to the house and pool there is a covered BBQ area with oven, and a toilet with shower for outdoor use.
The 4 x 8 mts pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with wonderful views of the mountains
