Appartamento (4+2 posti letto) al primo piano di una villetta bifamiliare con ingresso indipendente in posizione strategica, lontano dal traffico ma a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Numana e di Sirolo; a pochi metri la fermata per i bus navetta per le spiagge e del servizio extraurbano per raggiungere Ancona.
Parcheggio riservato e wi-fi FTTH gratuito. L’appartamento è così suddiviso: ampio ingresso, cucina abitabile fornita di 4 fuochi, forno, microonde, frigorifero con cella congelatore, tv led24", tavolo per 6 persone; camera matrimoniale large, cameretta con letto matrimoniale o 2 letti singoli, bagno con box doccia. Il soggiorno è composto da un comodo divano e un divano-letto matrimoniale,Smart TV HD 32" e sala da pranzo.
Dalla cucina si esce sul balcone attrezzato con tavolo, sedie, tenda parasole motorizzata e comodi fili per stendere il bucato; nella corte/giardino troverete un grande tavolo con 6 sedie per cenare e rilassarvi al fresco della sera.
La famiglia è a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità e informazione
Nel prezzo sono compresi i consumi di acqua, luce e gas e biancheria.
La pulizia finale obbligatoria €50.
