Description

Our flat is thought for families with kids on holiday just like us: so I know very well the needs and priorities you have. The flat is near the beach (5 minutes walking), you don't need a car, everything you need is around you. It's an open space, bright and very functional and has a really good positive energy...your kids will have fun around and you won't feel any pressure at all, but just relax!!!

Our is a beautiful and modern holiday home just a few minutes from the sea, ideal for families (even two!). The apartment is large (120sqm), bright, and very comfortable in every corner for both adults and children, who can have fun with the many games that they will find around the house, colour, and devote themselves to their craft activities or run and play in the garden. My mission will be to ensure that your vacation is perfect!

The apartment consists of a large open space and two separate sleeping areas with respective services. Suitable to accommodate two families, the apartment can accommodate 4 adults, 3 children, and 2 babies (0-2 years). The flooring of all rooms is in brushed oak. You will find several utilities for children - apart from the games, of course - like stools in the bathrooms, a small tub for washing babies, baby seats, changing tables.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE NOTE. Our house is located in a complex of the 70s that is flanked, like all the houses and hotels of Roseto near the sea, from the railway. The noise of passing trains could be annoying. But the truth is that you get used to the noise of the train: incredible, but true !!!

You can decide to spend all of your time in Roseto and it would be really relaxing, otherwise you can discover one of the most beautiful region of our country: Abruzzo, where Roseto is in. With its strategic position at the centre of the Adriatic coast Abruzzo is well connected to the north and the south by modern motorways and an efficient railway network. In less than two hours you can reach Rome, in three hours Bologna, Naples and Bari; in five hours Milan and Venice. Abruzzo holds many of Italy's best-preserved medieval and Renaissance hill towns that rival those in Umbria and Tuscany. Abruzzo boasts indeed twenty of The most beautiful villages in Italy, 2nd only to Umbria which has 22.
