Description

Estoril is a fantastic holiday destination as it provides glorious sandy beaches, enjoyable day trips and wonderful tourist facilities. Estoril has always an energetic and social evening atmosphere with delicious food served in the varied restaurants, entertaining shows in the Casino and late night bars and clubs that continue until the sun rises.

This apartment is located in a ground floor of a house, 5 minutes walking from the beach and the train station to Lisbon/Cascais. The street is very quiet but close to the busy area of the local trade and services. The apartment has a parking lot and an outdoor space with furniture to enjoy refreshing breakfasts, sunny afternoons and relaxing evenings.

The apartment has a large living room with dining area and kitchenette on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your own meals. The kitchen has a combined fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, mixer, blender and toaster. There is also a seating area with a LCD TV with international channels and WI-FI throughout the house.

The sofa-bed can accommodate two extra guests up to 12 years old. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washing machine.

On the upper floor there is the bedrooms’ area. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. One with king size bed 160x200 and another one with queen size bed 140x200. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower.

The apartment has central heating and it’s very comfortable. You will feel very welcome and happy and enjoy the Estoril Coast at its best.

Check-in – Between 04p.m. and 08pm.; before 04pm only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; late check-in from 08pm to 12am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; late check-in after 12am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied.

Check-out – Between 08am and 11am; after 11am only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; early check-out before 6am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied; early check-out from 6am to 8am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied.

Transfer Airport / Apartment: Can be arranged for oof 55 Euros up to 4 persons, 70 Euros up to 6 persons, 80 Euros up to 8 persons each way.

Baby / Child Extras: Cot and high chair can be provided for an extra fee of EUR 5 per day.
