Surrounded by stone walls, private olive grove and greenery, Villa Panorama Hvar is one of the most exclusive villas on the most sunny island of Croatia.
Wonderful on the outside and the most welcoming on the inside, villa Panorama Hvar is a perfect luxury vacation villa for up to 16 guests, with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Five bedrooms offer double beds, while two recently added bedrooms offer triple beds each.
Villa is the perfect spot for family of group of friends vacation or the wonderful host to venues such as weddings, birthday celebrations or corporate events in complete privacy.
Whether lounging on the spacious porch, enjoying a swim in the private heated pool or cooking up an island barbecue, you’ll be surrounded by a million dollar view that’s like sitting in the first row of a private cinema with a wide screen view of the ocean, the islands and Hvar’s famous sunsets. In addition to all of this comfort and luxury, the villa is completely energy self-sufficient with its own solar collector and windmill that create energy from the sun that shines 2718 hours per year and the prevailing winds.
Spacious 200 square meters terrace provides the most amazing and magical view to the islands of Vis, Šolta, Brač and mainland Split. In front of the shaded lounge area there is a 77 square meters heated swimming pool. On the terrace, there is also a large barbecue area and a more intimate, closed and air conditioned dining area with a large wooden table and summer kitchen. Terrace is equipped with large dining table, garden furniture and sun beds.
Interiors of the panoramic sea view luxury pool villa in Hvar are beautifully and elegantly designed with quality materials in soothing colors. Spacious living room opening to the covered terrace and dining area full of natural light with fully equipped kitchen and stocked mini – bar are set on the ground floor of the villa. Living area also features a large sofa and armchairs around a stone fireplace and a wide screen LCD TV. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, air condition and SAT TV is set on the ground floor.
The first floor of villa Panorama offers 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Four bedrooms have double beds and two recently added bedrooms have triple beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, flat screen SAT TV and heating.
Villa Panorama Hvar features a spacious fitness corner with gym equipment and relaxing area with sauna.
Two private garages are available for the guests and suitable for three cars.
