Situated in a beautiful refurbished townhouse, this accessible WiFi-enabled ground floor apartment boasts a sedate setting in the centre of the charming Medieval village of Cologna di Tenno. Placed within a 2 minutes’ drive of restaurants and 10 minutes’ drive from the beautiful lakeside centre of Riva del Garda, the 2-bed home is well placed for those looking to enjoy a quiet, quirky holiday base close to the sights.

An original rustic exposed stone wall and whitewashed beamed ceiling complement the contemporary welcoming appeal of the Living room. Ambient and featuring a sofa, large flat screen TV and stylish dining table, the scene is set for effortless entertaining and cosy nights in.

Accompanying the inviting open plan Living and dining space is a sociable modern Kitchen. Well-equipped for preparing simple meals, it features a gas cooker hob, a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, a dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Two-three couples or even a flexible group of up to 6 are made to feel at home; with two lovely spacious bedrooms each with a romantic beamed ceiling to enjoy. Within a 10 minutes’ drive away, the beautiful lakeside and year-round visitor highlights of the centre, including the ‘Reptiland’ Natural Science Gallery can be reached.
