Beautifully refurbished beautiful ground floor green apartment in Urb.Puerto Marino, Gran Alacant with communal pool, presented with all new furniture to a very high standard. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with shower, lounge/diner with Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and oven/hob. The lovely terrace which has BBQ, sunbeds, table and chairs. The property also has air conditioning in the lounge/diner and main bedroom. The property is close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops.

“Gran Alacant”

We had a fabulous week in this apartment - fabulous location and lovely pool to use. Tracey and family were superb hosts and we would book with them again. It was my daughters first trip abroad and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience for her. Highly Recommend.

How do damage deposits work?
