Description
Located in the Nainital region just short of Bhowali, this vacation home rests on a stunning two-acre fruit orchard. The bungalow is furnished in a Kashmiri style. There is a flight of stairs to enter the orchard. Our in-house staff will provide you with all the food and drink (on actuals)while you lounge with the family on the spacious wide veranda. There is even a private badminton court ! This Villa is ideal for families. If you make a booking we assume House rules are accepted.
Our home is best suited for families and friend groups, looking to spend quality time together, not party seekers. We do not allow loud music, drugs, or outside visitors. If this appeals to you, then we would be delighted to welcome you. One flight of stairs to walk up and reach a lovely height and orchard within the gated Cottage.

The guests have access to the entire estate.
The estate sits on the road from Bhowali to Bhimtal. You can park outside the villa in a safe open area, just off the main road. The estate entry is a walk up one flight of stairs opening into the fruit orchards. The home is tucked toward the back of the estate.
The villa staff is there to assist you in any need and can cook up great meals on request
The regional chief is available on call for any assistance.
