Perfect for two, your very modern studio apartment is amazingly located in the middle of the CBD's cafe, restaurant and shopping district. It is inside a classic, heritage, Melbourne CBD building (called Merigold on Collins) with a security entrance. Although is strictly a studio apartment, there are large block-out blinds that give the bedroom complete privacy and restrict most of the light from coming into the bedroom area. The living area windows overlook Collins St below. Your swish Melbourne boutique, serviced apartment includes very modern, high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and large kitchen with lots of storage space.

Opening windows allow fresh air through all rooms when you want it. This is only one of many beautiful, boutique, inner-Melbourne apartments that are so well-located near shops, cafes, restaurants and trams; as well as the many attractions that Melbourne has to offer.

There is no parking space with the apartment, but there is a parking station right next to the front door, and others nearby.

Getting around

The trams in the Melbourne CBD are brilliant. From CBD Little Paris, trams are only 20 metres away on Collins St or around the corner on Swanston St or down De Graves St on Flinders Lane. You can take a very short walk to Flinders St Station as well; if you want to go a bit further. Trams are free in the CBD!

Interaction with guest

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. A compendium with full instructions and local information is supplied in all of our apartments

We spent 12 days at Merrigold on Central. We were very happy and comfortable there. Everything we needed was supplied. Great location, handy to all transportation, shopping and eateries

To be able to experience this style of living in this brilliant, central location is just beautiful. You're right; it is very private, even with the big windows.
