If you are a large group and are looking to be in the heart of the city center of Barcelona and have easy access to the Prat airport, the central train station in Sants or Estación de Francia, the road access routes through the Rondas: You have found the perfect option, it is the Big Apartment Barcelona Gran Via.

The location is perfect, as it takes five minutes to reach Plaça Catalunya and Plaça Universitat, and if you want a bit of nature and space, in a few minutes you can walk through Sebastian Gasch Park and Tete Montoliu gardens.

Typical royal estate of the Eixample Barcelonés. When entering the interior of the house, the first and very good impression is the hydraulic floors and the high, handcrafted ceilings, very pleasant for the eyes. The truth is that you would like to stay inside the house and rest or prepare a good paella in the company of your family or friends.

It has four spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms with shower tray one of them is small, ten single beds, two rooms with bunk bed and plenty of light.

The layout of the apartment allows guests some privacy, as the property is divided into two independent wings. All rooms have single beds, two with bunk bed and one of them has a baby crib. There is also a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a large table.

The apartment is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen, towels. As it is an apartment designed for large groups, it does not have a living room or sofa.

If you want to discover your surroundings, the Renoir cinemas are only 5 minutes away, the Goya Theater (with a very good billboard) is 10 minutes away. If you like sweets, you can't miss the delicious cakes from the famous and ancient Escribà pastry shop (very close to the "Big Apartment Barcelona Gran Via"), this pastry shop also has herbal teas, tea and coffee available.

As a restaurant a good option near the "Big Apartment Barcelona Gran Via" would be the "Antigua casa Lucio" and if you want to walk a bit more our suggestion is the bustling "Celeri" Restaurant with exquisite vegan food.

The Neighborhood

It is just a few minutes from Plaza de Cataluña and 500 metres from the centre and Plaza España. Surrounded by all kinds of services: schools, restaurants, cafés and shops.

The location of this property is unbeatable, on Gran Via and in the Sant Antoni neighborhood. A popular and especially very commercial area where we can find the great Market of San Antonio, one of the most emblematic markets of Barcelona, which occupies an entire block and is currently being reformed, one of the greatest challenges of the neighborhood. Other points of interest are the small squares that have been created at the crossroads of two of its streets. It is an area full of restaurants and nightlife. In addition, you have the nicest squares in Barcelona just a few minutes’ walk away.

Transport

Perfectly communicated with public transport, metro red line L1, bus 41/E94/L94/L94/L95. The Aerobus from Plaza España is just a few minutes from the apartment. It is an ideal location to get to know and visit the most interesting places in Barcelona.
