Description

Casa Naranjalas is a lovely traditional three bedroom villa located between Monte Pego and Pego town, a short drive to the beach. This is the perfect location for clients looking for a quite family holiday whilst being within a short drive of all the Northern Costa Blanca's facilities and amenities.

The villa is approached from it's own drive with secure parking. On entering the property you will find a comfortable lounge/diner with dining and seating for six persons. The villa benefits from wi-fi and UK satellite television, as well as an open fire for those cooler evenings and air conditioning. Off the lounge you will find a well equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine, microwave and coffee maker. A passageway leads to three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, and air conditioning, whilst the second bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. The third bedroom is a twin with ceiling fan and air conditioning, next door to the family shower room. A door leads from the dining area to a lovely outside terrace with wonderful views over the Marjal to the sea. Here you will find a kidney shaped swimming pool, bbq, outside dining furniture, and sunbeds.

Pego is a wonderful, traditional Spanish town with several fiestas during the year where you can immerse yourself in the culture, food, and outstanding wine with the very welcoming locals. You will find a huge amount of information on the Pego website, which is available in several European languages. Within a short drive is are the attractive coastal towns of Oliva and Denia, where you will find a greater range of international restaurants as well as miles of wonderful sandy beaches and a full range of exciting water sports. Closer to hand, just a ten minute drive away, is the local beach of Deveses Playa, a huge stretch of pristine beach without the hubbub of bars and restaurants, the perfect place for a family picnic away from the summer crowds.

In these difficult times renters will obviously be concerned that the cleaning and hygiene standards of their rental accommodation will be of the highest standards in order to protect them and their family during their much needed holiday. We at Totalcare Property Services take this duty of care very seriously, and have established protocols for our housekeepers and cleaners which conform to the recommendations of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control. These protocols cover the cleaning of the property and the sanitisation of the equipment, as well as providing hand sanitiser, additional toilet rolls and tissues, and anti-bacterial cleaners for the guests use on arrival

The most beautiful and magnificent place. A very very comfortable and clean Vila and the cherry on the top is the swimming pool.

“Great Villa Fantastic Holiday!”

Stayed here for a week in June and really couldn’t fault it! Very comfortable, private and well equipped. It was quiet and yet near to all facilities and local beaches. The views from the terrace across the valley are superb. It was great spending evenings sitting on the terrace watching the sun go down across the nearby hills! Deserves a strong recommendation and we will certainly return!
