Description

Villa Lauroli, a fully furnished holiday villa in Pissouri, Cyprus, provides everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The holiday villa is ideally situated for the golf enthusiast with the Secret Valley and world renowned Aphrodite Hills Golf Clubs within easy reach.

The terrace, seating area, BBQ and solar heated swimming pool at the rear of the property afford a stunning view of the surrounding area. Pissouri Beach (a blue flag beach) is a 5-10 minute drive away and offers restaurants, watersports and a dedicated bathing area. As with all villa holidays, car rental is strongly recommended.

Pissouri village square, quiet and somnambulant during the heat of the day, comes alive in the evenings as visitors and villagers gather in a hubbub of small bars and traditional restaurants.

Downstairs wc with basin.The newly equipped kitchen has everything you might expect at home. Fitted with a range of units there is a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron/ironing board as well as plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses.

The air-conditioned living room is large and comfortably furnished with an open fireplace and double doors leading out to the pool area. The integral dining room comfortably seats 6.

Outside there is a good-sized private swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with a small number of beds and a parasol. There is also a sheltered BBQ area.

The views in every direction from the pool area are stunning. The pool is fully maintained and fully visible from the lounge.

“Great location, very comfortable accommodation, directions easy to follow, highly recommended.”

We arrived late at night, but the accurate directions made it easy for us to find the villa. Pissouri is a lovely village and the accommodation is very good, very comfortable for sleeping six people. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you are likely to need. Pool was great and the solar heating keeps it warm. Fantastic views, especially of the sunset. We had a great holiday, but car hire is necessary in order to make the best of the location. Paphos is easy to reach and I also recommend a drive up into the mountains. Our only (small) disappointment was that we were unable to get the TV to work. Also the sunbeds and cushions were in poor condition (2 were broken) and probably need replacing.

The television was checked and found to be operating correctly but it needed some upgrading which has now been done. I believe that we're now back to the 100% status that we strive to reach and would love you to visit again sometime. All the best Mark

“Excellent Villa with Wonderful Views”

We are a family of 6 who stayed for 2 weeks, the moment we walked in we knew it was a great villa, it is well maintained and had everything we needed for the holiday, and has wonderful views across the valley below. The swimming pool is a welcome addition after a hot day out. We enjoyed nothing more than having a lovely BBQ in the evening watching the sun go down past the hills in the distance, when we did venture into the village it is about a 15 minute walk, the walk back up the hill was a chance to walk off the food from the restaurants. Mark the owner responded quickly to any question and we saw the pool man every couple of days, he was a great source of information on site. We would highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning in the future.

“Perfect Villa”

We stayed at Villa Lauroli for 2 weeks in August 2017, Mark (the owner) made the whole booking process so easy, he responded very quickly to any question we had. As we walked in to the villa for the first time we were all blown away with the view out over the pool, it is incredible, the photos do not do it justice. we sat most nights watching the sun go down in the distance, we were still in awe of it on the last night. The pool was a great addition, after a long day out exploring it was great to have fun in the good sized pool. The villa itself is very well equipped, everything you will need for a holiday is there and the BBQ was well used by us all in the evenings. The air conditioning was great for keeping cool in the heat. The walk in to the village was ok with its array of bars and restaurants, it was good to walk off the food before getting back to the villa, it takes about 10-15 mins and is not overly steep. We would highly recommend this villa and look forward to staying there again.
