Canaveral Towers Unit #610 is proudly owned by ‘Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Like you, we vacation to the area for the beach & beach view. In a perfect world, we wouldn't have to take our eye off it. At CT #610, you will about as close to that perfect dream vacation as possible - not only are you on the beach (literally don't need to cross a street) you have beach & endless ocean views from nearly every part of the condo!

This condo is very spacious (~1,500 sq feet) with multiple balconies overlooking the ocean that are large enough for 8 to sit & enjoy a happy hour or dinner. It's perfect for families & groups up to 8 that want that perfect beach vacation together & have the privacy of 3 bedrooms. All 8 guests can sleep in beds & that's not counting the queen sofa sleeper & pack 'n play in case come kids can't sleep in the same room.

You don't need to leave behind the convenience of your own home - this unit was completely renovated (June 2018) with your needs and ability to pack light in mind: the kitchen is fully equipped to easily make full home cooked meals, brew a morning coffee and enjoy a sunrise from bed, or blend margaritas for happy hour; complete beach accessories are stocked in the unit; full size W/D to allow for light packing; private and full strength WiFi to stream your favorite show or catch up on work; HD cable in all rooms (4x 55-65” TVs); and more!

“Wonderful Vacation”

Excellent place to stay. Close to Kennedy Space Center and restaurants. On going construction was not a problem. Fabulous beach area. HVAC issue was addressed very quickly.
