Description

Completely unobstructed ocean view from this second row, third floor Condo. There are two sets of sliding doors to the deck, one to the family room and one to the master bedroom; wake to a beautiful sunrise. Sit on the deck at night, watching the moon rise then slip serenely into your room without disturbing anyone. Enjoy the quality mattress and bedding in the master and queen pullout sofa in family room with upgraded mattress.

The second bedroom has its own sliding door to a balcony overlooking the pool and canal. Watch the boats and enjoy the sunset. The private, sparkling clean saline pool has an abundance of comfortable lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas and a shower for rinsing off sand.

Walk across a quiet street to the newly refurbished white sand beach and when you return you can rinse off by the pool and leave your accessories in the closet next to the shower. Each unit has a locked closet in the parking structure so take advantage of yours with beach chairs, umbrella and toys available for use; no hauling sand and beach toys up and down. Enjoy the beautiful view, warm water and uncrowded conditions. Truly a family oriented location with all the amenities you'll need. Have a wonderful, relaxed vacation!

Getting around

The beach is just across the street and there is a country store 2 blocks south toward the boardwalk. The boardwalk is about 7 blocks south and you can walk it in about 15min, bike in 10min or drive in 5minutes. There is a fun bike rental place at the boardwalk and also covered surrey's for pedaling around town.

When we receive your email/phone information we email you to see if you have any questions. Once the balance is paid we'll send the lockbox code and notes you'll need for arrival. On arrival you will enter the lockbox code to access the keys. You may arrive any time after 3pm of your check-in day. No need to check with anyone.

Great property across street from heach, beautiful view from 3rd floor, very clean, comfortable accommodation. Jill (owner) is wonderful to work with.

How do damage deposits work?
