Villa Luna is beautifully situated on the boarder of Skala beach and town one of the most popular resorts of the island. This property overlooks the sandy coastline of Mounda turtle beach which is less than a kilometre away. Within close range you will also find several restaurants, bars, beach bars, supermarkets and more.

A modern property built in 2018 features an open-plan living accommodation with patio doors leading out to the balconies, terrace and the fabulous pool area that front the spectacular views.

This stylish home offers three spacious bedrooms from which two of them are en suite and located on the 1st floor of the property. A spacious living room area with an open and fully equipped kitchen is found on the ground floor, the outdoor pool patio area boasts spectacular sea views along the coastline and across to the island of Zante. Designed and furnished to a high standard throughout, this property comes highly recommended providing a haven for those wishing to relax and get away from it all.

“Great location , lovely villa”

This was a great find . We have visited Kefalonia several times before and know the island fairly well. This is a newly completed villa in 2018 and is just a few minutes drive to Kaminia and Mounda beach in the south west just a few minutes away from the town of Skala . It sits in group of three , with Villa Luna being well set back from the road completely private and quiet behind private electronic security gates . Inside it is beautifully designed with modern good quality furniture . There are 3 great bedrooms each with ensuite , the upstairs having balconies one with great views. The open plan lounge and kitchen is fully equipped great TV With Sky and Netflix ( was in Greek so should have asked Panos or Theo to change to ? English ) , great wi fi. Pool area was nice but a bit narrow , I think would have been good to widen and be more " generous " with the paved space . It is a comment rather than a criticism . Plenty of sun loungers and space to relax and a small sitting area to have coffe in the morning and catch up in the evening . Might be nice to have outside dining area?? Pool was " natural " sealed , water quality great didn't seem to be any chlorine so nice for swimming and faced south so sun all day from morning to sunset . Nice to sit out in the evening. It's in the process of being landscaped and growing and nearly there Beaches on doorstep large sandy and not very many people at all . The ones there based around sunumbrellas from the two tavernas , rest no people and huge beach . Great for kids gentle beach . Taverna on the beach Anemos was great . Arriving at the villa we met Theo at the garage .. It's easy .. It's the only garage and is just before you get to Skala. The villa is 2 mins away . We arrived late and had asked for welcome pack which was generous and tasty . All our email questions and booking with Panos was easy he is a great host , we even got an text prior to arrival via the website so we could contact him easily . Would recommend and would definitely stay again
