Ideally situated, on the outskirts of Paphos. A modern, spacious, three bed villa, with a private pool ideal for families, groups or couple who enjoy having there own space. Handy for beaches, water park, Paphos harbour . This is a great property and it has everything.
This villa is ideal for families that want their own space. It is new to the market and very well equipped, providing you with everything a holiday home should have. The villa benefits from a village location but with access to Paphos and the surrounding area. It sleeps 6 comfortably and there are additional facilities for two more people plus a baby.
The villa is a large three bedroomed property. The large master bedoroom has an en suite, seating area, lots of storage space and balcony that overlooks the garden. There are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. A winding staircase leads to a downstairs where there is a kitchen/ dining area, separate toliet and an extra spacious living/ dining area.
The outside is private and not overlooked. The villa is backed by farm land and olive groves, and you can just see the sea from the garden. The pool is 8x4m and there are plenty of sunny areas and natural shade in the garden.
A 25% non-returnable deposit is required with booking to confirm. The full balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before travel.
We do have the facility to accept Visa,Master and Debit card this has been popular with some of guest as it make arranging payment very simple
A breakage bond of £250 is taken with the final payment and we aim to return this with 14 days subject to every thing being left in order.
We can arrange welcome packs, airport taxi transfers. If you are going to hire a car hire we recommend this booked online and collected at the Airport.

Second visit to this beautiful villa and just as perfect as last time. Spacious, clean, modern and private. Spent more time this year around the pool which was so relaxing and a real treat. Lunches were mainly from the local bakery that had an amazing range of cooked and bbq foods, salads, breads and cakes and was within walking distance. Most evenings spent in local restaurants in small town square again in walking distance and food was delicious especially the fish and moussaka, accompanied by local wine. We hired a car to explore further afield but it is not needed as taxi and bus services are very good. Well needed, very relaxing break with friends. I will be back.
What an amazing villa!! We enjoyed every minute of our 10 night stay here. The villa is immaculately clean with a modern spacious feel. Great size rooms especially the master suit which is huge. The owners have clearly thought carefully about ever need you could wish for. The pool is a good size and extremely private with a table tennis table and two bbq’s and plenty of parking. The layout of the villa has been really well designed with everything leading out to the pool area. The living room is extensive and had a PlayStation and board games which were used by our two children. The description says 5 minutes drive to the beach and to Paphos centre and this was exactly the case. Geroskipou beach (the closest to the villa) was our favourite beach although the other beaches we visited were also good. Nicco’s beach bar at Geroskipou beach was really good and very welcoming. In our 10 nights we enjoyed every single meal we had. The villa and the holiday was fantastic and would definitely recommend it. We will be returning again next year.

“The most fabulous villa”
This was our second visit to this gorgeous villa, seven years later and it was just as gorgeous as we remembered. So spacious, it’s perfect for families. Pool is gorgeous and kept sparkling!! Everything you could need is within 15 mins drive so a car makes life much simpler. Lovely restaurants at Paphos Harbour, we tried Captains View and The Castle, which were great. Also tried Phuket Chinese and Fat Mamas which were also fab too. Kings Mall was worth a visit, lots of restaurants (most of them are fast food) in the mall too. The villa was so lovely that we rarely left it during the day, the pool was a big hit with 4 teenage girls. The communal pool was kept wonderfully clean too, and very quiet. Paphos Waterpark was a fabulous and fun day out, book online in advance as it’s cheaper!! Aphrodite Springs is the most gorgeous villa and if you book it you will most definitely not be disappointed, it’s beautiful, a real home from home!! Thank you Tony and family, we had a wonderful weeks holiday!!

“Superb, private and spacious villa.....”
Visited for a week with friends. This villa was absolutely perfect for us. Very spacious rooms, extremely clean and well maintained. Large well equipped kitchen area. Huge lounge with collection of games dvds and books ( not that we needed them as weather was perfect). Comy beds allowing great nights sleep. Outside area was beautiful - very private and quiet ( apart from occasional background noise from nearby school earlier in Day which was actually nice to hear). Pool very clean , sun beds, large table and chairs bbq, and table tennis spent several hours enjoying this area by day and night! Perfect location too - 5 mins walk to local supermarket and small town square with excellent restaurants serving amazing local cuisine. 1.5 miles walk from local beach, and 3 miles from Paphos which is a beautiful morning walk. Local bakery serves fabulous selection of cakes as well as salads and bbq meats allowing for a lazy tasty lunch/dinner. Will definitely be back ......
