Description
Our comfortable roomy apartment is in a quiet area with an outlook over fields and is within a few minutes walk of a shared pool, bars, supermarkets and restaurants. The local sandy beach is about ten minutes walk. The rest of the island including the local towns of Protaras, Paralimni, Dherynia and the holiday hotspot of Agia Napa are easily accessible.

1. All bed linen and bathroom towels are included, but we do not provide beach towels.
2. Full use of electricity, air conditioning and heating is also included
3. A guest information pack can be found inside the apartment together with guide books.
4. Further services can be negotiated locally and we can arrange airport pick ups and mid week cleans if required. All charges payable locally.

The kitchen also has a large George Foreman grill and a concealed digital safe for your valuables. The bathroom is fitted with shower, basin, WC and bidet. The bedrooms have ample wardrobes and sliding doors opening onto large sun terraces which benefit from the sun for most of the day. A gas fired BBQ is available. A travel cot is also available.
Further details outdoors
The large terrace to the front benefits from the sun for most of the day whilst the rear terrace is in the shade. Later in the day this situation reverses. The outside facilities are enhanced by a large patio table with chairs and sun beds. There is also access to a shared pool with children's section and five-a-side pitch.

“Excellent apartment”
The apartment is well situated. It’s close to beaches and restaurants. We had a fabulous time. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and well equipped. We were not disappointed. I’d definitely stay again, if I choose Kapparis again in the future.

“Holiday”
Stayed for 9 days at this Apartment. On arrival The Apartment inside was all clean and all amenities. The Safe was not working as there was no key. I rang Mary and no answer. I then rang the owner who advised to contact Patricia who did call and said she would return with a key. She never came back and I did contact the owner again but this was never rectified and lack of communication. This safe should not be in the apartment or advertised. We were unable to lock away our personal belongings. The outside of the Apartment back and front was very dirty and lots of weeds and dead plants everywhere. I cleaned the tables chairs, walls myself. The BBQ was dirty and unable to use. We will not be back. I can provide photos Bev and Gerry

“Perfect apartment”
Once again we returned to Joe and Maureen's great apartment. Very clean and spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Two great sun terraces complete with plenty seating and a barbecue. Very handy for some very good bars and restaurant. There is a pool within a minute's walk which offers good food and drink. Beaches are extremely clean within easy walking distance. For those who like scuba diving Glen @ Dragon Divers the far end of Protaras great value and will offer you a fantastic experience. Heading back in October.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review. I note that it was left on 2nd September, but I didn't get the notification for over a fortnight, so I apologize for the delay in replying. We have not been in Cyprus since early June and when we left all equipment was working correctly. If you had informed us of the fault, we would have arranged a tradesman straight away. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and there is a double bed settee, so is quite capable of accommodating six guests

“excellent apartment and great location”
We stayed in this apartment in June 18.The beaches and restaurants nearby provide everything a family could need.The location is ideal for trips to aya nappa and protaras, just a short taxi ride away. We had days and nights in both locations and enjoyed the local resturants for a more relaxing evening just walking distance. The kids enjoyed the water sports at the local beach near the apartment as well. On arrival the apartment was spotless and is equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to our return trip in 2019.
