This luxurious 2 bedroomed apartment with south facing large swimming pool provides superior sunset views to rival that of any villa. This beautifully furnished apartment is less than 10 minutes walk to the harbour, beach, local restaurants and tavernas whilst being in a quiet, secluded location. The large 100 square metre apartment has all the home comforts that you may want on holiday. With this accommodation you can have the benefits of the views from a top floor apartment while having easy access via a central lift. With only 18 apartments sharing the large south facing pool there is plenty of space to relax on one of the sun loungers and read a book while soaking up the sun all day or take the opportunity to have a refreshing swim in the 12 metre pool. You can use the spacious open plan living and dining area to dine with family and friends, relax listening to music, watch a DVD or a programme from the streaming service on the flat-screen TV. Free internet is also available in the apartment, allowing you to stream TV channels or surf the internet. Patio doors from the living area lead directly onto a large private balcony where you can sit and enjoy alfresco dining or just relax in complete peace with a glass of wine and watch the magnificent sunsets. With one double and one twin bedroom and two bathrooms, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay, with no requirement for a car. ** Please note that as of 2022 there is currently a small development of 20 villas being built in the field adjacent to the apartment block. **

“First class apartment.”
In terms of layout and fixtures and fittings probably the best eqipped apartment we have stayed in, it's in a peaceful quiet location, but close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer, also the beach/harbour is just a few minutes walk away.

“fantastic stay (again).”
we all had a fantastic stay once again at this apartment. all the things you need are provided for. we were a party of 3 and we had plenty of room. not to far from Pernera centre and if you want to head off to Protares its a lovely walk along the promenade to get there. their are some wonderful restaurants in both these resorts. I would recommend certain ones but they were all spot on. If you want to eat in the kitchen has everything you need. Also provided if you wanted a night in were DVDs, books, board games and much more. The shared pool is a good size so you can have a swim. (we had the pool to ourselves most of the time). If we do come back to this area of Cyprus we would definitely want to book this apartment again. Thanks Kev and Gill and also Steve and Maggie we all had a wonderful time.
