This exceptionally large ground floor apartment is furnished to the highest of standards, and is equipped with everything you could need and more on your holiday. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people, perfect for couples and small families.The apartment is fully air conditioned, has a lovely terrace area with patio furniture for al'fresco dining, and breakfast on the terrace!! It is located a stones throw from the beautifully shelving sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants etc., are all located a couple of minute walk away.

The apartment is situated in a prime location of Pernera, a stones throw from the beach and its bar / restaurant, which serves a wide range of tasty food and drink. Wifi is also available here. Located less than a minutes walk to the streets filled with shops, more bars and restaurants, to suit all tastes and ages.

The beach bar and restaurant on site hosts a large communal pool, jacuzzi and a children's pool, the bar also has sun loungers for your use.

There is plenty to do for all ages and interests. There is a fantastic water park near-by. The apartment a 5 minute drive from the town of Agia Napa which hosts some of the best night life, a beautiful harbour, and many top class restaurants.

Normally the property is available from 16.00 on the day of your arrival and ends at 12.00 on the day of your departure, however wherever possible we will try to accommodate late and early arrivals and departures so that you get the most from your time in Cyprus. Changeover days are flexible.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout, comfy leather suite in the lounge area, sofa converts to a full size sofa bed, beautiful wooden dining suite that seats up to 4. Bedroom has zip link beds, so you have the choice of single beds or a king size bed. 32" LCD Sony Bravia TV, Sony DVD player, Satellite TV, I-Pod docking station and full air conditioning which is included in the rental price.

The location of apartement was spot on, close to all aminities. Service we got from Seamist was second to none. It's the little extra's that count. Would definetely use them again.
