Description

This villa is a bright 2-bedroom property located on a private gated development in Kapparis and only a 5-minute walk to Fireman's Beach. A simple but elegantly designed property, it is close to all the amenities that you need to ensure your holiday is stress free.

When you arrive you will immediately notice that the front of the property has mature trees, plants and shrubs. A sliding iron gate leads to off road parking and the main side entrance. Two huge plant pots with palm trees delineate the pool area.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and most of the window/patio doors have blinds. The cool lounge is very well laid out as it makes the most of the views of the pool, yet easy enough to change should you wish to cuddle up around the fire. It has a huge corner sofa with colourful cushions, glass coffee table, glass TV unit, flat screen TV with satellite channels, playstation 2 (please bring your own games) and free WiFi. Two wooden/glass book units and a wooden storage unit are available for use and patio doors lead out to the covered patio. A ground floor w/c has a sink, mirror and frosted glass window.

A small galley kitchen is fitted with light wood cabinets and light coloured worktops. It has an electric oven and hob and 2 bar stools are available for informal dining. The fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher are all integrated units. Outside the grounds surrounding the villa are beautifully planted, adding a sense of calm and tranquility to the area. There are four sunbeds dotted around the pool and a wooden table and 6 chairs are provided for al fresco dining. An electric awning enlarges the shaded area should you need respite from the Cypriot sun. There are also two square tables, an electric fan and gas BBQ. This area provides an intimate environment for you to enjoy the property and relax with family or entertain friends in private.
Stairs with an iron handrail pass under a window and a second, frosted window lets in additional light at the top of the stairs.
On the first floor there are two good-sized air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, both with en-suite shower rooms.
The double room has beautiful blue mosaic tiles in the shower room, a frosted glass window, sink and mirror. The bedroom has a full-length mirror, iron bed, two dark wood bedside cabinets, lamps, fitted wardrobes and a piece of Picasso 'dog' artwork. Patio doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the pool with stunning sea views.

The twin room has the same beautiful mosaic tiles but in a mottled, black, grey and white colour, a frosted window, sink and mirror. The bedroom has a full-length mirror, fitted wardrobes, white wooden beds, a white wooden bedside table and lamps. A large window overlooks the pool.
