Description
Villa Lana, with its private pool, is ideally located 300m from the beach in Pernera, a suburb of Protaras. We are taking extra care to make the villa as comfortable and safe for children of all ages, making it a great place for families (more info below). We also continue to upgrade the villa facilities, and you will find new A/Cs, dishwasher, washing machine, new pool liner, and a number of smaller enhancements.
While a 5 minute walk from the beach and 1-2 minutes from a main tourist street where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, it remains part of a small quiet complex of independent villas where your can enjoy your peace and undisturbed rest. The location is therefore perfectly suited to those who want the ease of being in the centre of the action and close to the popular beaches, without jeopardising the luxury of their own peace, quiet and privacy when needed.
This villa is so ideally located that a car is not necessary especially when the boardwalk in Pernera is so close by, giving you the opportunity to walk from Pernera into Protaras, along the Mediterranean water's edge, soaking up the atmosphere as you go.
In the private pool area you will find a good sized paved area, outdoor furniture, sunbeds and shower. You will also find a coal BBQ for your use.
The inside offers an open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. The living room comes equipped with two sofas, TV, TV box with UK and other global TV and movies. Free Wi-Fi throughout. The dining room can sit up to 6 persons. The kitchen is well equipped offering a wide range of cooking utensils. The downstairs also hosts a guest WC.
The upstairs has two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and two single ones are present in the other. A shared bathroom is located on this floor as well. Two additional guests (total 6) can be accommodated in the large sofa-bed in the living room.
We strive to make the villa safe and comfortable for our little guests…and consequently as pleasant as possible for the adults of the company! For peace of mind, the pool area can be fenced if requested by the guests in advance of arriving as the fence is easily installed/removed. Furthermore, the outside area is gated, and in the inside stair a safety gate is installed. You will also find available, a high chair, a toy box, colouring pencils etc., baby monitor, and a baby cot is available if requested. We can arrange for a rented push chair if needed.
A water park is present not more than 200m away, as part of Anastasia Hotel amenities and can be enjoyed by our guests at their regular fees.
The villa has been recently retouched and reequipped (linen, kitchen etc.) and is in its first year of being rented under our private ownership. We will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Please let us know during your stay if there is anything we can do to help.
Our friendly rep is available locally for any information/issues, and we are also contactable by phone or email during the stay to answer any queries and for emergencies. Airport transfers can be arranged.

Very well equipped for lounging, cooking, entertainment, including pool and beach toys. The place was spotless and the pool is maintained every 3-4 days. Families with children will love this villa… More
