This beautifully appointed luxury villa on the exclusive Protaras - Pernera coast is the ultimate holiday getaway. If you are searching for privacy, relaxation, the opportunity to enjoy the sunbathing poolside or activities such as cycling or nearby water sports, then you have definitely found the right place.
Villa Mickey1 has everything you need for that well-earned holiday break, combining the opportunity for relaxation and activities catering equally well for adults and children in a friendly atmosphere. This includes a private swimming pool, and air conditioning throughout (in all 3 bedrooms and the living room), en-suite. The beach is literally 200 meters away, with local tavernas, pubs, and supermarkets all within walking distance. Experience authentic Greek hospitality, in this un-spoilt yet well connected part of the island with guaranteed good weather and excellent amenities.
FREE CAR will be available to use during your stay in my Villa.( 3rd party insurance ages 25-70)
The villa is situated 200 meters from the hard of Pernera. The complex is called Sunset Villas. Close to Pernera Center. Quiet and safe place. You will enjoy a memorable holiday.

Great villa in good location . Car was an added bonus .Nicos was a fantastic host nothing too much trouble always available to answer any queries .The welcome pack was greatly appreciated and the fresh meal delivered personally by Nicos mid stay was delicious.Will definitely be staying at one of Nicos villa on our next visit.

“Perfection”
We have had a fantastic holiday in Mickey 1 Villa. It has an amazing infinity pool, open plan kitchen / living room with plenty of space & 3 large bedrooms upstairs, 1 en suite. Situated perfectly for both Pernera & Protaros. Nikos can't do enough for his guests always making sure everything is ok. This is the 2nd of Nikos's villa's we have stayed in and are booking for next year. Can't wait to return. Martin, Steph & Joe.
