This beautiful 2 bed Villa is a holiday "home from home", thoughtfully and tastefully furnished by the owners with comfort and relaxation in mind, just perfect for families or couples. It is equipped with good quality items, comfy leather sofas, Flatscreen Television.There is a camp bed if for the fifth person if he wish to stay.We are sure you will find everything you need here for an enjoyable holiday, right down to the charcoal BBQ and sun loungers around the private pool. Pernera is a quiet, family resort and enjoys blue flag beaches, friendly restaurants and bars. If you want something a little livelier after a lazy day in the sun, Protaras is only 2km away where you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and night-life. There is a bus service which takes you to the famous FIG TREE BAY in 5 minutes. You can also visit Protaras centre, Ayia Napa and Ayia Napa Water Park. There is a FREE car coming with the villa..( 3rd party insurance ages 25-70)

“Villa stay”
This is the third time we have stayed in a villa owned by Nikos and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I would recommend him to everyone. His hospitality is excellent and his villas are lovely. The location is excellent-walking distance to a beautiful beach with also bars, restaurants and shops all close by too. He goes out of his way by leaving the essentials in the villa on arrival of foods and drinks (tea, coffee, bread, milk etc)-this special touch is really appreciated when arriving late at night! I can’t fault him and his villas-we will be back!

“Fab”
What a fantastic villa. The location is just perfect for shops and restaurants. Just a very short walk to a beach. The villa also came with a car which is definitely a bonus, as you can explore further if you wanted. Nikos was fantastic, he picked us up from the airport and showed us everything in the villa that we needed to know. Nikos also filled the fridge with all the essentials that we needed, from milk right up to a home cooked meal. Definitely give the villa and Nikos 5*
