Welcome to Sunrise Villa, a luxury two bedroomed villa on the 'Orestiada Home Valley' development with WIFI which sleeps up to 4 people.
**Please note in 2024 a new development of villas are being built on the land surrounding Sunrise Villa. This will cause noise and possibly dust during working hours. For those that spend their days at the beach, you can enjoy this villa after working hours for a discounted rate.
**Discounts have been applied to advertised rental rates**
The villa is finished to a high spec with granite worktops in the kitchen and high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. The villa is very spacious and homely and suitable for families or two couples. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both bedrooms have views over the pool and the local landscape.
The villa is in a quiet location, not overlooked as much as other villas and the pool has the sun on it all day.
The private pool is kidney shaped with roman steps (with a shallow and deep end). There are loungers for around the pool to get a great tan and an outside dining table and chairs for serving up food off the BBQ!
There are communal gardens on the complex which boasts a basketball court and childrens play area.
Ideal for people who want a quiet, relaxing holiday but still close to the beaches and a short walk away to the bars and restaurants. Plus, Protaras and Ayia Napa are only a short bus journey away so ideal for more lively nights out.....
Villa location: From the centre of Pernera town, having Knights Pub on your left and Windmills Hotel on your right, head up the road, passing the Chinese on your right. Carry on up the road, passing the turning on your right for the Golden Coast Beach and Harbour. Orestiada Home Valley is the next turning on your right.

If you wish to explore more of the island, there is a regular bus service just around the corner that takes you to Protaras, Agia Napa, Cape Greko, Agia Triada and Paralimni all for 1 euro 50 cents each way or buy a bus day pass for just 5 euros (children travel half price / infants free).
*Airport transfers can be arranged directly to and from the villa from 50 euros each way.
* Bed linen and towels provided (though not beach/pool towels). All beds are freshly made before your arrival.
* The villa is cleaned before and after your stay and all towels and linen are cleaned after your departure. A midweek clean and linen change can be arranged if requested.
*All electricity, gas, air conditioning, and WIFI is included.
*For your health & safety: smoke alarms, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and full instructions for use.

Renting a private villa with a pool means there will be no lifeguard present and as such you would be fully responsible for your, or your children’s behaviour. Therefore, it is important that if you rent a villa with a swimming pool, that you and the rest of your party do not put yourselves at risk by using the pool unsafely. For example, swimming alone, or under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

“Fabulous Villa !”
We loved this villa ! So relaxing & secluded on a quiet corner, very clean & well equipped. Internet is good & works well on the patio where we spent most of our time when not in the pool, walk to the strip is about 8 mins through the gardens opposite the villa. Jo the manager for the villa is superb, kept us updated with all we needed; gave us great directions which took us straight to the door which is rare ! Plus arranged a late check out for us which was perfect… wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again & much preferred this area, more than enough eating & drinking options but without the hustle & bustle 10/10

“Another enjoyable stay”
Perfect villa for us. Great location. Feel like I've returned home every time I visit. Stayed 3 weeks this time but well deserved. Any problems with villa Jo always has them sorted straight away. Nice to see the owner upgrades appliances which are noticed as soon as we arrive. Can't wait for our next visit.

“Lovely Villa”
Another fabulous stay at Villa Sunrise. We have always loved the outdoors of this Villa. Lovely pool that is in the sun all day long and lovely garden to enjoy. Villa is always clean and it has everything you need whilst on holiday. Area is quiet but accessible by car to everywhere within a few minutes. By far our favourite Villa we have ever rented. Communication from Jo excellent as always. We will definitely be back .

“Excellent holiday”
We stayed in the villa after getting married in Limassol. The villa is very well presented and maintained. The position of the plot is very private the pool area gets the sun all day. All kitchen/cooking amenities are there a good choice of pots/pans etc Everything you need The villa is very clean and well cared for. Excellent location for exploring and within walking distance of shops restaurants etc Short drive to towns for big supermarkets We had a lovely relaxing week and the weather was perfect.
