Location, location, location! is everything with our beautiful villa, ideally situated in a secluded cul-de-sac, only a 2 minute stroll from Marlita beach & Blue Spice Restaurant. There are so many restaurants, tavernas and bars to choose from.

A 5 minutes stroll and you will reach the centre of Pernera which has bars and restaurants galore and offers something for everyone without ever feeling too busy.

This Modern fully air conditioned Villa with a private swimming pool, is short walking distance to several Blue Flag beaches, such as Pernera beach, Sunrise beach and Fig Tree Bay, Parlimni harbour, bars and restaurants of all tastes, shops and supermarkets.

Pernera is excellently suited for those either wishing to have a fun family holiday break (Pernera is perfect for children with some of the best family holiday entertainment and catering you will find anywhere, including the Protaras waterpark opposite the entrance to the Blue River resort), or those looking to enjoy activities like scuba (there are 5 excellent scuba schools within walking distance of the villa), water sports, tennis etc.., or just relax on the beach, on the grass verandas or beach bars along the promenade, or just chill out by the private pool at the villa!

You are a short walk along the promenade to the main town of Protaras which offers a wider range of nightlife, and you are only a 10 minute drive to Ayia Napa for those who want to party. Konnos Bay (5 minutes away) is a truly romantic beach rivalling the best the Mediterranean has to offer.

Upstairs you find the Master Bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a dressing table with mirror. The second Bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables and a dressing table with mirror. (Cot available)

Both bedrooms have a Balcony, Fitted Wardrobes and Air Conditioning.

The bathroom has both a bath & shower, and hand sink with mirror

Downstairs is a spacious kitchen equipped with Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Cooker/grill, Toaster, Kettle, Iron & Ironing board and all crockery, glassware, utensils & cuttlery

The Dining Table is the main feature and seats 6 (high chair available)

The Lounge Area seats 6 and has a flat screen TV, satellite TV with films channels, childrens channels etc..., DVD player, digital radio and MP3 sound system

Just come back from a week at the Villa Azura, had a great time. The villa is great, very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Exellent location, no need for a car. The owner Lee is very helpful and was able to answer any question in a prompt manner. The only niggle we had was there were no information pack as to operating the aircon, safe etc. Also we coukd not get the internet or TV to work for the whole week. Other than that, what a find. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend Villa Azura.

“Lovely villa, great location”

Stayed for 10 days with my family in June 2018. The villa was spotless when we arrived which was lovely to see. The wi fi is great, meant our 3 year was entertained watching her programmes on her iPad so me and my wife could have a hour here or their sun bathing, great air con throughout the villa very nice. Swimming pool was clean, and great size. The villa is literally 5 min walk to nearby shop, bars and restaurants, and about 10 mins to nearest beach which is gorgeous. The owner lee was very helpful, always at end of phone if you needed him Would visit again if we came back to that area

“Loved the location”

Booked this villa just a few weeks prior to arriving, we normally stay more inland when we visit Cyprus but decided on this villa due to trying a different location. We has a family of 4 LOVED the location of the villa, the pool was a fantastic size for a 2 bed semi-detached villa. Even though we were on holidays the children loved the wifi and also the tv with so many choices to watch. We also loved how quiet the little estate was, felt private but easy access to anything you need, beach, food, supermarket etc. Overall we very much enjoyed and would definitely book again. Would highly recommend visiting Mojitos for breakfast we ate there every day! Very filling and very reasonable. I have rated the villa with 4* but with a few extra touches I would rate 5*. I think just little things like a bottle of water, toilet roll, etc just to welcome you would be fab especially when arriving very late at night, the only other thing was the freezer door doesn't seem to close hence things wouldn't freeze very well, this was not a huge problem as we only stayed a week. Just a few little touches and it would be perfect. Thank you for letting us stay.

“Location, Location, Location !”

Just returned from a 2 week stay at this fab villa. The villa itself is lovely & much bigger than it appears on the photo's. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, and had everything we could need for a truly relaxing and stress free holiday. The pool was a good size, especially for a 2 bed villa, The water clean, well kept & warm. The real plus for us, was the location. It is situated in a small cul-de-sac literally a 2 min walk to the nearest beach. With numerous bars, restaurants & shops within a couple of minutes walk. Although you are so close to everything, there was no noise/music from the bars at night time. Also, as the villa is on a no thru road, no car or motorbike noise either. Absolutely ideal. There is no need to hire a car, as everything is on your doorstep. We made good use of the local bus service, which runs every 15 mins or so & only costs 1.50 euros, to explore further afield. We have stayed in numerous private villas over the years and Villa Azura rates as one of the best. . Lee has been a pleasure to deal with, and responded to any query almost immediately. Thank you for making my "Birthday Holiday" so enjoyable & one to remember. We will be back!
