This beautiful three bedroom villa situated in a quiet cul de sac is ideal for families, young and senior alike. While it is peaceful and quiet, you are only a 10 to 15 minute stroll to the lively centre of Protaras with its array of bars, shops and restaurants, as well as the famous Figtree Bay beach. the villa is fully airconditioned i min t has one bedroom on the ground floor with easy access to the downstairs shower and toilet ,the two bedrooms upstairs both have patio doors leading to a spacious balcony . The main bedroom also has a patio doors that open onto a Juliet balcony .the lounge/dinning/kitchen area is spacious and open plan with patio doors leading onto a patio where you can dip into our large 8mt x 4mt private swimming pool. There is a pergola outside the patio and three very large umbrellas , six sun loungers and plenty of sunbathing areas. there is a secure driveway for off road parking .there is a barbecue area complete with a fixed barbecue No car needed, but for the more adventurous who wish to hire a car, Pernera, Greco Bay, Ayia Napa, Larnaca and Nicosia are all within easy reach. THIS VILLA WILL NOT DISAPPOINT SO PLEASE BOOK AS SOON AS POSIBLE TO SAVE DISAPOINTMENT

We require a booking deposit of £200 and a breakage deposit of £200 (refundable).The balance of the rental is to be paid 4 weeks prior to rental date. If less than 4 weeks, the rental and damage deposit is paid in full. Minimum rental is 1 week, 10 day bookings are also accepted .

The villa is furnished to a very high standard. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the villa is air conditioned throughout. There is smart TV that has NETFLIX, CD and DVD players, books, cards and DVDs. The villa offers spacious home from home comfort and is ideal for a self catering holiday .Bed linen and towels are provided. For guests staying 2 weeks bed linen is changed free, WE OFFER A MIDWEEK CLEAN IF REQUIRED AT A NOMINAL CHARGE

The villa boasts a 8m x 4m private swimming pool, outside shower, terrace with patio table and six chairs. Also 6 loungers, barbecue area , all round fencing and gated for privacy and child security. Off road parking. There is also a balcony, again with Rattan furniture. The entire outside area and pool is fully illuminated and spacious with a patio table and chairs for outside dinning in the evening or just to relax with a glass of wine

“Loved Protaras”
Thank you Alan for looking after us when we arrived. To Mr Johns taxis, Thank for the rescue! The villa was great, lovely view of the church, in a quiet area but minutes away from shops and bars. First time in Cyprus, loved Protaras great bar’s especially Joker Square, great restaurants food really good. Would recommend and definitely go again.
