If location is the top of your tick list then Suncrest Villa is one to look at. A lovely 4 bed villa on the Dafni 1 complex in the centre of Pernera.
With the advantage of being on a quiet complex but being just a short stroll into the centre makes this villa ideal for all guests requirements.
Award winning restaurants, bars and shops are within a 3 minute stroll and Pernera beach is within a 4 minute walk away.
This villa has plenty to offer including a tiled private swimming pool with ample sunbathing areas, relax on the sunloungers with the advantage of having the sun all day but shade is provided for those who want it. Enjoy cooking on the BBQ and then eating outside on the large outdoor dining table.
Inside, the spacious open plan ground floor layout includes a well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room with TV and android box (available with WIFI connection) with UK films, news, sports, childrens channels plus DVD player for your entertainment.
WIFI is also available at reasonable rates which also operates the Android TV.
Having a downstairs bedroom and shower room is ideal for those with mobility/disabilities or young children and elderly guests.Upstairs are a further 3 bedrooms. One double with ensuite bathroom and balcony with views of the local landscape, one single room with extra bed and balcony and another single room with extra bed and views of the local landscape with sea glimpses. A family bathroom with over-bath shower completes the first floor.
There is aircon throughout - operated by a meter. The meter is credited with an adequate amount. If you do require more, this can easily be paid for and topped up. All needs have been catered for at this villa to ensure a very comfortable stay and a memorable holiday.

Please note, this villa accommodates families with children up to a party of 8 persons or up to 6 adults only.
To secure dates, a booking form will need to be completed and a non refundable 20% booking deposit will be requested.
The balance plus a refundable £250 security/damage deposit will be payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments made will be confirmed with a copy of the bank or Paypal transaction and confirmation email. A written invoice will be sent if requested.
The refundable £250 security/damage deposit will be returned within 1 week of your return home once the villa has been checked and all is ok.
For trips to other local resorts, there is a regular bus service just around the corner that takes you to Protaras, Agia Napa, Cape Greko, Agia Triada and Paralimni all for 1 euro 50 cents each way or buy a bus day pass for just 5 euros (children travel for half price).* Complimentary welcome pack on arrival.*Airport transfers can be arranged directly to and from the villa from 50 euros each way.* We are happy to stop en route to the villa at the 24 hour bakery or we can offer a shopping trip before arrival, so when you arrive you can have the fridge/freezer and cupboards stocked up. Just give us your shopping list and we will do your shopping, put everything away and the charge will be just 20 euros plus your shopping bill (receipt will be left with groceries).
Although a car is not needed, we have one available to use at very reasonable rates, available for just 3 days or for the whole holiday (subject to availability).
*Optional 'meet and greet' service (if time of arrival is before/after working hours then a meeting will be arranged at a convenient time to both parties).
* Bed linen and towels provided (though not beach/pool towels). All beds are freshly made before your arrival.
* The villa is cleaned before and after your stay and all towels and linen are cleaned after your departure.
*All electricity and Water is included in the rental. Credit given for Aircon.
*Folder provided giving you all the information you need during your stay e.g, maps, useful telephone numbers, places of interest and recommended restaurants etc...
*For your health & safety: smoke alarms, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and full instructions for use.

“Fab Location”
We’ve had a fab 10days in our home from home. Perfect location by all our favourite bars and restaurants. We took advantage of the car hire and went exploring to find some fantastic beaches and also headed up to Mount Olympus! The Villa itself was perfect, good size, clean and exactly what we needed for our family. The girls loved the pool and I loved the fact I could wash all our clothes whilst on holiday so I’ve come home with very little laundry to do! We’d definitely recommend to others and would love to come again!

Been to better but few nice touches kitchen well equipped first aid kit villa was tired and dirty in areas nice pool outside dirty poor lighting outside with exposed cables furniture inside and out needs up dating beds good clean bedding etc poor access to villa for disabled would not book again although very central

“Best yet.”
Have visited Cyprus 5 times. This is one of the best villas we've rented. Close to bars restaraunts and sea, yet secluded in a small complex. Well equipped kitchen and bedrooms with good aircon and comfy beds. The best pool!!!! Well maintained tiled pool, great BBQ. Jo and Chaz are really helpful and have a great knowledge of the area.

“Wonderful holiday - wonderful memories”
Suncrest Villa is in a handy location for the restaurants, bars and beach - all within easy walking distance. There is ample seating within the villa and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the August sun. I travelled with my husband, teenage son and spritely mother who all enjoyed the location - especially the breakfast at Koko's around the corner (thank you Jo for your suggestion). We didn't take up the offer of the car hire from Jo which in hindsight would have been a much better idea - a lot cheaper and more convenient than Europacar (but I will save that for another post). Unfortunately I still had to work whilst one holiday but the wifi made this extremely easy, giving me more time to enjoy my hols and explore the area. We went for an evening stroll along the boardwalk and stopped for dinner at one of the many restaurants - the views were stunning (ideal for people watching). All in all a very good base for a holiday in Pernera. I would love to have given it 5 stars, the only reason I didn't is because there is no shade at all around the pool area. If you love full sun, this is the perfect villa. Jo is always on hand if you have any problems. It was nice that she popped in to see us to make sure all was well.
