Description

Villa is of a high standard- located in the middle of Pernera ,close to bars, restaurants and 200 mtrs walk to 4 beautiful beaches. Sea views from 2 windows upstairs. Balcony to the 2 bedrooms. Good size private pool with large entertaining/garden area, sun loungers,rattan settee and chairs. Large family dining table, large BBQ. Long driveway with secure parking. Open plan lounge,dining and kitchen area. TV and blu-ray player (no sky) - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine.

with spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes with plenty of storage

Because the villa has recently been re-decorated I would prefer NO SMOKING PLEASE

How do damage deposits work?

If Deborah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
