A casa di fiumorbo est une résidence de location de 6 maisons classée *** avec piscine situé en Haute-Corse dans un lieu très protégé à 400m d'altitude dans un terrain paysagé de 9000m² avec parking en plein cœur du parc naturel de corse près du GR20,idéalement bien situé entre deux grandes villes de Bastia et Porto-Vecchio et à 15 km de tous commerces et de la mer situé sur la ville de Ghisonaccia sur la Costa Serena. La résidence se trouve à 3 km de la rivière avec cascade naturelle et aussi des Thermes de Pietrapola les bains, réputés pour ses bienfaits. Maison de 42m² de 4/6 personnes louées meublées avec 2 chambres, une chambre avec un lit de 160x200 et la deuxième avec 2 lits de 90x200 et un canapé convertible en couchage de 140x190,w-c séparé, salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, terrasse couverte avec salon de jardin et barbecue, cuisine ouverte sur la salon avec écran plat, internet (wifi), cafetière, cuisine équipé avec lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro onde, four, plaque électrique, frigo avec congélateur. Piscine ouverte de début mai à fin septembre.

Response from the owner Bonjour suite a votre avis la piscine est toujours chauffée à 27°, après si il fait très chaud à l'extérieur la piscine vous paraîtra froide c'est normal, en ce qui concerne les caméras elles ne filment pas les parties privées mais les espaces communs, elles ne filment pas la plage de la piscine avec les transats et aussi nous avons mit des caméras car des locataires s'amusaient à toucher les appareils électriques de la piscine et d'autres choses qu'ils ne devaient pas toucher .Apres il y a un panneau pour avertir comme quoi le lieu est sous vidéosurveillance à l entrée. Sinon encore merci d’être venus chez nous j’espère que nous vous reverrons même avec c'est petits désagréments merci..

Response from the owner En réponse à votre commentaire concernant votre séjour à A CASA DI FIUMORBO. Je suis étonné de votre réflexion concernant le ménage qui n'était pas correctement exécuté car le lendemain de votre arrivée je vous ai demandé si tout allait bien et vous m'avez répondu que tout était OK. Je vous rappelle que vous étiez arrivés la nuit précédent l'arrivée contractuelle et que je vous avais gracieusement offert celle-ci . ( vous avez oublié de le mentionner dans les points positifs de ma location.) Concernant la question de la température de la piscine, celle-ci est bien chauffée et maintenue à 25 °, suite à votre demande j'ai augmenté la température de la pompe à chaleur à 27 ° afin de vous être agréable. Il n'est pas difficile de comprendre que même chauffée, nous sommes en Corse mais à la montagne à 400 mètres d'altitude, au mois de septembre avec quelques jours de pluie et elle n'est pas couverte comme toute piscine de location commune. Je vous signale que je ne vous ai pas menacé, je vous ai interpellé car vous vous étiez permis de dérégler et toucher aux appareils électriques de la piscine ( pompe à chaleur ) Je vous ai dit que votre caution de 600 euros en cas de détérioration de la pompe ne suffirait pas à me dédonnager car celle-ci coûte de 3 000 euros. La caméra dont vous parlez se trouve sur la place centrale commune , elle ne filme pas les espaces personnels des maisons. Pour finir, ma présence sur place lors du chargement de votre véhicule avant votre départ, j'étais occupé à faire le ménage d'une autre location et pour être franc avec vous, j'avoue que j'avais moins de plaisir à vous saluer qu'avec d'autres locataires avec lesquels je n'ai pas eu de remarques récurrentes et qui étaient pourtants présents aux mêmes périodes.
