Beautiful apartment with amazing sea view on the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
The apartment is about 80m2 and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a living -dining room where you can access to a terrace with wonderful views of the beach.
The master bedroom has two 90x200cm beds that can be used separately or together to form a bed of 180x200cm, secondary bedroom bed 135x190cm and 140x200cm sofa bed in the living room.
The terrace has table with four chairs and two armchairs and the living room has another table with four chairs
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and various cooking utensils. It also has a utility room with washing machine and drying area covered.
It also has satellite TV and air conditioning hot and cold in the living room and both bedrooms.
A few minutes walk you can find everything you need to enjoy your holiday , such as restaurants , supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport , free parking ...

1. Reservations to be secured with 15% pre-payment by bank transfer. The remaining will be paid on arrival.
2. There is a security deposit of €300

“Very good apartment”
Owner very helpful and always in touch if you need him Perfect location stones throw from the beach and Port very near good restaurant right next door -loads of lovely restaurants to chose from Good selection of supermarkets BUs and taxi at end of road No frills travel agent 5 minutes walk cheap good trips Bedrooms are a bit noises from the traffic but you can’t be this near to everything without being near a road at the front The view from the balcony makes up for it I am definitely using again Thanks Rafael

“Apartment on the beach”
Loved the apartment beautiful views Rafael always there at the end of the phone should you need anything The only reason I have given it 4 rather than 5 stars is that it could have done with a few more dining in comforts like table mats wine glasses etc which there were non of maybe that’s just me wanting home from home but overall very nice xx
