Spectacular Villa just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Playa d ´ Alcudia. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms sleeps 8. (Close to Hotel Sunwing).
Cozy and spacious villa by the sea, a quiet and pleasant place, with a range of services at walking distance like restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
The house has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 with twin beds) 3 full bathrooms and 1 separate toilet on the ground floor. Large living room with table and chairs and a fully equipped open kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the big aft terrace where you can enjoy the barbecue and a big table with 10 seats.
On the ground floor a large terrace surrounding the house with lots of trees and flowers that make this a very pleasant garden.
There is a private garage ideal for storing bikes, or windsurfers.
There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom. · more bedrooms on the 1st floor with a shared family bathroom. On the 3rd floor there is the big master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace.
Alcudia Beach is internationally recognized for the quality of its beach and sea. Kilometres of white sandy beach, ideal for children and families.
The beach offers many services like typical beach bars, public showers, lifeguard and first aid posts, playgrounds and a variety of sailing schools and other (water) sports.
