Who has not ever dreamed of waking up to the sound of the sea? In this summer house, for 7 people, you can enjoy wonderful sea views while having breakfast on the terrace. The accommodation inspires with its Mediterranean style and the quiet location.

This 2-storey house has 220 m2. Start your day having breakfast in the furnished terrace and enjoying the views to the sea. There is also a lawn area where the kids can play while you sunbathe after a dip in the sea, only 5 meters from your garden. There is also a BBQ and a space in front of the house to park your car. Three kayaks are available free of charge.

The house is very well decorated. The living room, equipped with AC, is very bright and is the perfect place to relax reading a book, watching satellite TV, or simply enjoying the views. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils. There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The adjoining dining area has a table and chairs for 7 people. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, all with double beds and fans at your disposal.

The location of the property is particularly beautiful. Alcanada is a very quiet area and is mainly inhabited by locals. In addition, many luxurious villas line the streets of the urbanization. At the end of Alcanada there is a quiet beach. Directly opposite stands a small island with a lighthouse, where you can swim to. Nearby there is the golf course Alcanada, one of the best on the island. A small supermarket and a few good restaurants complement the overall picture of Alcanada. In the area there are many beautiful bays and beaches. Especially recommended are the coves and beaches of Cala de Sant Pere, Playa Des Morer Vermell , Playa de la Victòria and Es Coll Baix.
