This is a brand new luxurious & spacious 2 bedroom penthouse apartment, which has views towards Pyla Mountains and the sea from the large 76m2 open terrace.It is the superb outdoor space which is one of the main attractions of this property. The large private terrace area offers so much, from soaking up the sun by day to alfresco dining in the evening,whilst enjoying the glorious views of the sun setting over Pyla.
A relaxing and peaceful haven with stunning views. It has been furnished to the highest standard with all modern conveniences & Wifi. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and front room and it offers a real home from home stay. There is also 2 fans for your use at the apartment.
The apartment is set within a peaceful and secure complex, that overlooks open countryside and is only a 15/20 minute walk to the sandy Blue Flag beach , you just follow path from the apartment underneath the highway, so no need to cross the road. A short walk away is the traditional village of Pyla where you will find a variety of shops and tavernas. The complex offers an outdoor pool and a children's pool.
There is also an indoor heated pool, gymnasium and sauna, and these are all designed to help create a real relaxing holiday and ensure your enjoyment all year round. Also on the complex is a children's playground area.
The cosmopolitan town of Larnaca with it's many beaches, restaurants and shops is only a 10 minute drive and it is also home to a new marina.
This luxury penthouse apartment is suitable for couples and families who want spacious and high end accommodation away from the busier resorts.
Oceania Bay is an ideal base for touring the island and the excellent road connections mean within half an hour you can be on the golden beaches of Nissi or visiting the capital of Nicosia. Also within easy reach are Protaras and Limassol.

“Excellent apartment”
We have had a great time in this apt, it is a perfectly situated property for our trips to Cyprus, we are frequent visitors to the island, we have many family members who are Cypriot living here. The apartment offers a relaxing peaceful quite which is what we seek when booking, we have stayed in oricklini many times but find it can be quite noisy in the evening, we rent a car while we are here so the location of the apt and jumping in the car to shops or restaurants is not an issue to us, we would definitely return to this apt. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had excellent kitchen equipment. It was really cosy of an evening to sit and relax with all the channels on the TV. The balcony had amazing views and we got to see the sunset of a night! The shared facilities downstairs were excellent, the pool was really clean and well maintained. The washing machine broke, we reported this and maintenance came to look, the result was they replaced the washing machine with a new one, no issue for us, thanks for the opportunity to use your property. We also went to the local pub/restaurant in Pyla, the food was great and a really great atmosphere in there. It was probably about a 15 minute walk away? But we didn’t walk so might not of taken that long. It was a few minutes by car. We will be booking again soon! :)

“Very relaxing short break”
Group of 5 Just returned from a lovely short break to visit my nephew who is on a 3 month detachment nearby. Such a lovely apartment, fantastic outside space and good facilities on site. We had to fly to Pathos due to holiday restraints but with a decent hire car arrived within 1 HR 20 mins to be met by a very welcoming and helpful George. I know the area well having lived & worked in Cyprus but directions & information made available were excellent. I would recommend a car even for short stays to be able to access the lovely beaches along the coast towards & beyond Ayia Napa such as Ayias Thekala and Makronnis. We ate down at Dhekhalia beach, the famous Lambros- basic but excellent food especially their fish, CYTO beach bar at AT and Vlatchios on Dhekhalia strip. Then back to our huge balcony for night caps especially for the driver, me. We look forward to returning hopefully for longer next time and would highly recommend.

“The peace and fantastic sunsets from the balcony were amazing and the apartment had everything and more.”
The location was great no noise and so relaxing and the apartment was 25 minute walk to facilities restaurants, supermarkets etc A car would be good but we didn't bother and the beach to left of golden bay hotel was so quiet Mike met us on arrival at the apartnent and took us by car to supermarket to get water wine etc and he waited He was very helpful throughout the time of our stay What a wonderful clean apartment we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you Helen for keeping in touch throughout our stay asking if we were enjoying Definitely recommend to everyone I know
