2 bedroom fully air-conditioned luxurious apartment overlooking the pool with coastal and mountain views. Sleeps 6 comfortably, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom with king size bed and En-suite with power shower and large cubicle. Living room includes 40" LCD TV, living room which leads out to partially covered veranda overlooking the pool with Rattan patio furnishings. This apartment boasts a fantastic extremely large roof top terrace, with undercover area for when you want a break from the glorious sunshine. Access is via a spiral staircase from the lower veranda or there is access via the lift then stairs. The spiral staircase has a gate around the top of the stairs for safety and a small bolt. There is a BBQ area, sunloungers and patio furnishings. If you have children then they will never get bored as we have thought of everything for them, from Play station 2 plus games and dual controls, Board games, books, colouring books and pencils inflatables, swimming aids, buckets and spades, DVD's for everyone. Excellent internt speed. You will not want for anything whilst staying at the apartment as we have catered for everyone. You will be absolutely amazed and will want to come back again. It's also a relaxing holiday for couples and friends.

From booking your apartment until your arrival – you never know what you will find until you get there. As owners we know exactly how that feels, that's why we offer a unique service. From the moment you make your booking, we are with you every step of the way. We give you all the information you need from the outset and are always there should you need to ask anything. Once you are at the apartment, our management services take over and they are there on hand should you require anything. That's why as owners we take great pride in the service that we offer and we always like to have feedback as this only improves the service we offer to you. Many of our guests come back and stay at the apartment as they feel its home from home and they enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. This is our aim and if you had a stress free holiday and are happy then we are happy too.

During Covid-19 we have taken extra cleaning measures and we will be supplying our guests with certain anti-bacterial products and sanitisers for their own use.

A spacious 2 bedroom apartment with En-suite to master bedroom with king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen with many extras. fridge/freezer, water cooler, Tassimo coffee machine,washing machine. Play station 2 with games and dual controls, books for all, games for all, films, beach and bath towels, hairdryer, straighteners are all included. For young children there is a car seat, bed guard travel cot, high chair, swimming aids, floats and buckets and spades, colouring books and pencils. There is a childrens play area to the side of the complex. 40" LCD TV, including UK channels, Free Wi-Fi Internet connection which is excellent, DVD player with many films, Welcome pack on arrival, Meet and Greet service. Maid service is available at an extra cost if needed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment - only on the veranda.

Guests should hire a car if staying at this apartment although taxi's are readily available. We supply ample maps and directions to place of interest.

Interaction with guest

Upon arrival at the airport, our guests are to text or call our Rep to let them know that they have arrived (even though we will be checking your flight). Our Rep will then meet our guests at the apartment to hand over the keys, show them around the apartment and answer any questions our guest would like to ask. Our Reps speak English and are extremely helpful. If our guests have any problems or questions they would like to ask, our reps are always available. We offer an extremely unique service - we take very good care of our guests and we make sure they have a stress free holiday. Many of our guests come back year after year.
