Description

Located at pool level of a newly built complex, this two bedroom apartment offers a private terrace just off a large communal pool and garden, making it ideal for both families travelling with children and couples. The terrace offers the possibility of dining al Fresco or simply relax and enjoy the sun.

Situated in the traditional village of Qala, the complex is set in an ideal location only few minutes away from the ferry. A bus stop is located a few meters away, giving access to all popular beaches, tourists attractions and other villages on the island. Bars, restaurants, and grocery shops are all within walking distance. Ideal location for relaxing country walks.

A few meters from the apartment, one can find a bus stop. Local bus service is efficient and can take you all over the island.

Interaction with guest

This listing is for the whole apartment. Only you and your guests will be using the apartment during the stay. Guests can make full use of the communal pool, children's pool and Jacuzzi and decking area. Respecting pool regulations. A private garage is also available. I am willing to offer any help needed to ensure a pleasant stay on our island. Please do not hesitate to ask. A welcome pack is included. Local Government ECO tax is included in the rental price. We usually make sure to personally meet our guests on arrival but very late check in may be available by key box (Self check-in)
